"They replaced the gas water heater in my attic on the date and time they said they would, they cleaned up after themselves and took off the old water heater as agreed. This was a bit of a rush job since my old water heater quit working correctly and my sister was coming to visit. They contacted me within 15 minutes of my request for a quote through Angie but I felt like they could have done a better job of communicating with me at times through the process to ensure I knew they were on track to get it done on the date/time requested."

"Alex completed a repair and reconstruction of a small balcony at my house that I had researched on Angis. They did a decent job on that project so when he recommended in May 2023 that I replace 2 additional flat TPO roof areas on my house I signed a work agreement with him and he asked for and received a deposit of $8500. I had heard nothing more from him by January 2024 so I cancelled the project and requested that my deposit be returned. I was told that he needed to find out what his supplier would charge for the return of the roof supplies he claimed to have purchased. Between February and July 2024 I have been repeatedly asking for the status of my refund. If I even get a response the response is that they are checking into it. I have even pointed out the clause in the agreement that states a cancellation of the agreement causes a 25% restocking fee and told him to just charge the fee and return the rest to me. I am now wondering if he ever intends to refund any of my deposit."

In our previous house, we were burned by a different contractor, so we were a bit nervous entering into this project. Turns out we had nothing to worry about! "If you are looking for a 5 stars shower remodel that is top quality (material and work), look no further. My experience with Hill Country Tub and Shower was the best. Travis came to my house with all the answers to my problems, friendly and easy to talk to. He did not pressure me and answered my calls after. Installation day started bright and early with Phil and Bee covering my furniture and floors where they were going to walk. Very courteous and professional. It took them 2 days to finish the most perfect and beautiful work i have seen done in a shower. Phil stayed after he was done to make sure i understood the new features of my shower and answer a few last questions. I 100% recommend this company for a shower remodeling. I am just sorry i did not do my sink at the same time. Guest bathroom will have to be next!!!! The icing on the cake is that i don’t ever need to clean between the tiles again as the entire wall is one piece and so is the floor ( anti slip is a bonus). extremely satisfied client here!!!!"
