"We had a friend get a pool installed and designed by him. We saw the work he did and the timeframe it was done in. We had 4 estimates of price and timelines for completion. His worked out the best and the price was in our budget. Less than 4 months from meeting him we we’re swimming in our pool. We had questions along the way. Mike always responded in a reasonable time frame. He was good with communicating to me as to what the next step was and when and who would would be coming. He worked with me when I wanted to add more patio concrete and electrical outlets to the project. Overall this was a wonderful experience for my family on such a huge financial project and a large decision if installing a pool. The project was completed in the agreed upon timeframe."

"I called them for a liner change on a 2 year old pool. They drained it 20-25ft uphill. 5000 gallons of water ran straight into my pool, collapsing the wall. I spoke with Bobby, one of the owners. He said that these things happen when you partially bury pools, even though when I asked if it being partially buried would be a problem he said no, â pools are what we doâ . None of the other sides collapsed from the weight of being buried, just the side with the river flowing into it. They put it back up and itâ s a crumpled wall thatâ s far from flush with the uprights. I do not feel like the pool is safe for my kids since the wall is bulging at the bottom and caving in at the middle. They all seem like pleasant people, I just wish they would own up to mistakes made."

"POOLIE will ruin your water, making it unsafe to swim in, then tell you to drain it. The reason they use the "One-Price-Fits All" sales pitch is because they use the cheaper chlorine tablets in your pool other than liquid chlorine. The tabs contain Cyanuric Acid (CYA) and in a couple of months, the CYA level gets much too high, which makes the chlorine tabs much less efficient. The only way to get rid of CYA is to drain the pool. Also, they skipped my pool 4 times in the last 3 months, almost starving out the new pump they installed in February. I took a water sample of my green pool water to Leslie's last week, and ONLY ONE chemical was in balance. I looked back over 10 months of POOLIE'S service reports, using Leslie's guidelines. My pool chemistry was NEVER completely in balance. Leslie's report said the water was unsafe and corrosive. No wonder I need to drain my pool and replaster it. POOLIE just bought out SCOTCH POOLS in November. Former SCOTCH POOLS customers should BEWARE!"
