Excellent..we have only used Zerorez since they entered the DFW market.... and they have always provided the most professional, highest quality and excellent service!!

Went well, took longer to dry than stated

It went well. We have used them for several years. Like other cleaners that use water, it does take a few hours for the carpets to dry unless you pay more for. them to bring floor fans. We are used to it by now. Good value for the quality of clean.

Carpet smelled fresh and was not wet when they left

Would 10 times since 2007 getting one's carpets cleaned count as loving their service. We get our carpets cleaned once a year. We tried once before with a chemical cleaning service which will never do again. Zerorez is easy to schedule and they arrive during the scheduled time. If you have a lot to be cleaned I would recommend getting them started in the morning. One time they came late in afternoon and finished after dark and my neighbors complained about the truck noise on the street. Their servicemen work very hard and work up a sweat getting it done. You can help them get the job down faster and better when you vacuum all the carpet to be cleaned. Take down/remove all the small breakable items on furniture. And move the heavy furniture out from walls. Then they spend their time cleaning faster. They clean and can also put down a preventing screening agent to block spills and dirt which will last for several years. It is will worth paying for the additional treatment especially if you have pets. When our cat has an accident on the carpet it is much easier to clean up. And when our dog did #1, Zerorez was able to get the stain out of the carpet and the pad underneath.

My carpet in the master bedroom and 3rd bedroom had severe pet stains that I was sure could not be removed. The Zerorez technician worked miracles, and I could not believe how the old carpet of 1986 with severe pet stains could look and feel like new. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, explained the process and worked to produce the best results. The carpet in my entire home was dry in just a few hours. When I spoke of replacing the carpet in the near future, he even took the time to explain the pros and cons of different kinds of carpeting. The carpets still look good after 4 months of heavy use and pet stains have not resurfaced. To this date, I have not replaced the carpets. I definitely recommend Zerorez. The technician was incredible.
