We just bought a house and had Zerorez clean the carpet before we move in. Brad was not only on time, but early. He was very polite and professional. He cleaned my carpet, found some pet stains in one room and suggested, and did, the pet enzymes, and then did the protective treatment on all of the carpets. Some of this carpet was dirty from high traffic and he worked very hard cleaning that up. He is very knowledgable and eager to explain everything he is doing and needs to do. I would highly recommend Brad and Zerorez.

There were still stains on the carpet and the tile was still dirty around the edges by the base boards. I called the guy that did the work and he never returned my phone calls. (called 3 times) I called the office to set something up and they did not return my phone call. I finally called a supervisor and he did not return my phone call. I then called and asked for a full refund and there was no one there to authorize it and was told to call back.

We have used them before this date. They were able to get out spots the first time we used them in 2006. We were extremely pleased with them. We then used it again. Same technician-fantastic job! Then in the summer of 2009 our water heater broke, leaking in the hallway and a closet. We had a company come out and extract the water. We were pleased with those results, but there was a stain left. We called Zerorez to come clean the carpet. The technician who came told us that we used the wrong company to do the extraction and that the smell (which we have never smelled) would never go away! He left the stain and when we called the office, they would only come back out for a charge of $50. We decided before Christmas to have the carpets cleaned again. We called in response to the 3 room special. It was supposed to be the $139 special for 3 rooms and a hallway. There was an added charge for having to travel 15 miles to our house in Forney. Then there was the added cost of pet stain treatment which was $90 per room despite the fact there were only 2 spots in 2 separate rooms. The technician did a good job, but the cost was not fairly represented. We like the product, but the pricing is misleading. Our treatment by the office has soured the whole experience!

Their work is really good and the carpets are dry in a couple of hours. They know the square footage that they cover for three bedrooms, a living room, and a dining room. I tend to move all the furniture as much as I can when they are working, and they don’t like that. When I do that they tell me that they should charge me more. This is the only complaint I have about them. I think it shouldn’t matter whether I move the furniture or not because they charge me per room and not per square foot. They were very unprofessional the last time they were here. I think they had different personnel then. They just didn’t care whether they did a good job or not. They had done a good job when we were watching them, but had missed some spots when we were away. To them it seemed like I was giving more work than what they wanted to do.

The first time I used them it was 100% the best carpet cleaning I have ever received. The second time, they were not able to get my stain out. However I have not called them out yet to see if they'll come back out and try it. I have recommended them to everyone I know very highly.

The cleaning that they did was satisfactory. But they took my area rug and had it for 2 or 3 months before they brought it back.

We hired them to clean our carpets. They did some good work but we didn't feel that it was good enough. They still have our carpet and have had for a few months. We called them but they said that it was ready but they need to schedule a devivery date. We are reluctant to because we didn't feel that we got the best service. One bedroom that they cleaned smelled like dirt, it looked clean but it smelled awful.

They were nice and everything. They told me they would be able to show me the dirt that came out of my carpet but it looked like drinking water, there wasn't any dirt there. They really didn't do much of anything.

The company did fine, I don't have any complaints about them or their quality.

We moved many items the evening prior to our appt., and the technician moved items as he cleaned. He was very thorough with his explanation of how he would be treating spots, moving items, and cleaning the carpet overall. He did a walk through with us of each room prior to getting started, identified spots or high traffic areas and pre-treated. He did advise us of the pet stain treatment process, and what the possible outcomes would be and what Zerorez could do to remedy any recurring issues. Once he got started he moved through our home in about 2 hours. There was little to no odor, and the carpets were damp for several hours after he'd finished. He'd taken care to elevate sofas and chairs up on styrofoam blocks after the carpet was cleaned to prevent any staining from wooden feet. Overall we were pleased with the process and the outcome. This carpet is over 10 years old, and has been well used by our children and pets. While it doesn't look brand new, it's appearance was greatly improved by Zerorez. We would use this service again.

The cleaning team was amazing. Their attention to detail was wonderful. Not only did they take time to explain their process, they triple (yes, triple) cleaned the problem areas. They spent almost 3 hours to pre-treat and clean each area. The carpets look new. They called and showed up early, even when we were the last customer of the day (meaning staying on-time or ahead of schedule for all other appointments). When discussing applying a protectant, they discussed the industry experts compared to theirs. Then, they said "Don't spend the money" as we were planning to replace the carpets within 24 months. "Put your money toward the new carpet." They took time to demonstrate their ability to clean tile and grout. Amazing results and we've scheduled the return visit. We're hooked. The advise is sound and results are far better than previous carpet cleaning companies.

HORRIBLE. Carpet still dirty. They come in and offer to "clean a couple of rooms free" in order to sell you an A/C filter. TOTAL RIPOFF. Disgusting.

I've used Zerorez exclusively for the past 3 years. They are at the high end of the price range, but until recently their service was incomparable. They used to spend two to three hours at the house, and the carpet looked brand new by the time they left. However, the company now apparently has new ownership, and the service has dropped dramatically, while their prices have increased. On their last visit, two men took less than 45 minutes to ''clean'' the entire house. When they left, the carpet, especially on the stairs still felt dirty. They were also about an hour and a half late. In addition, the prices have gone up dramatically and they were high to begin with. They recently quoted more than $500 to clean a vacant house and did so with a smugness, that made me sorry I called them.

THE UPHOLSTERY CLEANING WAS GOOD, AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS NEAT AND FRIENDLY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS WITH THE ORIENTAL RUG, WHICH WAS SENT AWAY FOR CLEANING. THE RUG CAME BACK CLEAN, BUT WITH A VERY STRONG CHEMICAL ODOR. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN, THEN THE RUG WAS PICKED UP AND DEODORIZED, AND RETURNED TO ME IN GOOD CONDITION. HOWEVER, THIS COMPANY'S NAME IS ZEROREZ, MEANING THERE'S SUPPOSED TO BE NO RESIDUE REMAINING ON YOUR CARPET OR FABRIC. I THOUGHT THEY ONLY USED WATER. I WOULD USE ZEROREZ AGAIN, BUT CAUTIOUSLY. I WOULD EXPLAIN AT THE BEGINNING THAT I WANT ONLY WATER USED, NO CHEMICALS, NO SCOTCHGUARD, NOTHING ELSE. CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING SEEMS VERY EXPENSIVE, AND THIS COMPANY IS NO EXCEPTION. IN THE FUTURE, I WOULD DO A BETTER JOB OF SHOPPING AROUND AND COMPARING PRICES.
