Zerorez Carpet Cleaning

Our carpets are 20 years old and I have had them cleaned but they never felt clean, but when they got done they were soft. They use only water. They do not use any chemicals what so ever. I would highly recommend them. I was impressed. I did not want to use chemicals anymore and heard them on the radio, so I decided to give them a try.

The first guy came and zipped through s fast I wasn't very happy. They sent me an e-mail asking for me to rate their service and I didn't rate them highly. They responded immediately and came back out to redo the work. It looks a lot better this time around.

Have known about Zerorez for a long time and always wanted to try them. Have always cleaned carpets myself but decided it was time to give a professional service a try and I was not disappointed. Brad did a great job and took care of a couple of problem areas for me.

Estimate over internet was accurate and agreed upon. Arrived within reasonable time of appointment. Did good job as he knew what he was doing. Overall, no problems or surprises. We got what we expected in this service.

They arrived on time... they were careful with our furniture and considerate not to knock stuff around when the cleaning started... The put the heavy furniture up on blocks so the carpet would dry properly and not damage the wood furniture. Again, no one previously had been able to get the carpets that close to new condition including several big carpet cleaning companies...

The job went very well. They were punctual and they did a good job. There were no harsh chemicals used.

They are the only company I would ever consider using again. Seth Hopkins is excellent! My carpeting is very light in color, and I have pets. After their work, my carpets stayed cleaner, longer because they don't use a soapy residue. They use something called and lsquo;power-water', which isn't harmful to animals or human. It kills any dust mites, or allergens that may be in your carpeting, and it is environmentally friendly.

Their price was very fair. The overall job was good. They don't mind moving exteriors and help in moving stuffs. They moved all the things by themselves.

Nick Gibson usually comes out every time. I request for him. He has been to my house many times. Last time he cleaned four rooms. He also cleans tile. He is super knowledgeable and he knows everything about his product. He is good at carpet cleaning. He is fast but he pays great attention to detail. He has even pointed out things to me that even I haven't noticed. He is very punctual and he really communicates very well. I would not use anyone else.

The tech arrived on time, was great to deal with, moved a few pieces of furniture (couch, chairs, etc) and overall did a very good job. Told me if I had issues to just call them back and they'd take care of it. UM, NOT SO MUCH... As the carpet dried, I noticed some streaking in the high traffic area that we couldn't see earlier (not and quot;spotsand quot; which I agreed not to treat and could come back (and some did and some didn't)); they're most noticeable with the natural light streaming in vs. the overhead lighting. When I noted it, I called them back that night and got their machine (about 5pm on the the 22nd). I didn't hear from them so I called them back again on Saturday the 25th about 11am (knowing they work on Sat as the original order taker wanted to set me up for a Sat appt but I wasn't available). So, I left 2 messages with all my call back info and still have not received a call back. Sadly, the job overall is very good and much better than the other commercial vendors I've used but I'm dissatisfied with their response and total lack of follow-up (the other guys have always called me back within 72 hours to see if I had issues, needed a touch-up, etc). So while I give them a B or better for their job/work overall, I give them an F for responsiveness/followup which I assign as a critical part of the overall score that drags it down to a C- or worse in my book. I will not be calling them again if this is the type of customer service I can expect. Its too bad too...I had high hopes for them due to advertised method of cleaning and glowing/over-the-top recommendations from a local morning radio DJ (and quot;you'll be a raving fanand quot;) who I have to remind myself, is getting compensated for the Zerorez ads on his station. The quality, punctuality, and professionalism are all related to the tech himself. The price, responsiveness, and overall are measures of the company. ***UPDATED 7.25.11*** OK, I'm always glad to stand corrected, especially when I benefit from it! ;-) I had written the above after not receiving (IMHO) the proper f/u after leaving 2 calls with Zerorez for some touchup work. Almost a month to the day after the initial treatment, I get a very nice email from their Operations Manager Mark who apologized profusely for not getting back w/me after my trying to contact them. We don't know what happened other than I somehow fell thru the cracks, but Mark was more than willing to make up for it. The crew just left this morning from the touchup and it looks GREAT. Took them about 20-25 minutes and they actually did a much larger area than the small area I asked them to retreat. Mark also offered a concession due to the overall experience which I gratefully accepted. I have to say that this is more along the lines of what I expected the first time around due to their spots on the local radio (and the raving fan DJ) and just talking with the phone rep that setup my appointment and even looking in here (AL). Therefore, I am revising my initial grade of C to now an A and their responsiveness from an F to an A as well. I think they're a good value, the carpet looks better now than it did when we move in back in '03, and I will certainly call them again when it's time (I really like the no chemicals as I have a 20 month old and he lives on the carpet as you know). KUDOS to Zerorez for changing an unpleasant experience to a great one...nice job Mark and team. THANKS!

They were awesome, everything was awesome. The service pack was great. They were very informative and they were true to their price. They quoted it and that's what it was.

I didn’t have any problem with them. They were on time and nice. They were professional and really good. They got the job done and they left. They don’t use detergents at all. It is zero residue and so your carpets stay cleaner and longer.

My brother passed away and I had to get the carpet cleaned in his house. They did a good job. They used green products. My brother was a heavy smoker and they got off the smoke smell from the carpet. They did a nice job. There was only one worker. He was very polite and punctual. He called before he came out and went about his business. There were not complications and I would recommend them highly.

It was great from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would, and made the process as painless as possible. My carpet looks brand new, and is 7+ years old. Mike was very professional. I would use them again - and plan to as soon as I need for my carpets to be cleaned again. I feel they are very reasonable...and even throw in a Fuller's Gift Card!!

Very professional, courteous techs, BUT the lead technician spent at least as much time "upselling" as he did working. Other less skilled companies and people will corner you and ask "do you want the "good" cleaning or the "superior" cleaning; the Zerorez people have a different approach, but the end result is the same. Everywhere there is a special situation (spot), there is an extra fee. Really annoying!!! Just clean the d*** carpet and stop with the car lot hassle!

As usual, I received great service from a terrific company. I will never use another carpet cleaner. Zerorez always gets my 5 year-old carpet back to looking brand new. I highly recommend them!

I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez, and had them apply a stain resistant chemcal. After I got a stain on my carpet, I asked them to come out to remove the stain that wouldnt come out for me. They came out, tried to take the stain out (unsuccessfully) and then charged me another 100.00. BIG RIPOFF! Beware!

They were out about 2 wks. ago for an emergency (child treated carpet with bottle of hand lotion!). The original cleaning was thorough and I was very pleased with their prompt response to my panic. A small spot began to resurface and they came back today at no charge and recleaned the spot. Looks great! I'm very impressed with their service and technicians.

Cleaning Dallas I had zerorez come this past Sat on their 3 rooms for $129. During the intial walk-thru with my tech, John, he talked to me about adding the pet enzyme on my carpets to get up the stains and odor. He fiddled around on his phone and said it would be an extra $90 charge. Great! So, after he was done, my carpets looked amazing and I was feeling very great about chosing them...that is until it was time to pay. The tech said, i was supposed to have you sign and initial the contract BEFORE I started the work, but forgot. He was telling me about some other add-on and I said, lets see what the damage is first for what you've already done. That will be $432.94 he told me. After coming to and being handed the contract, I realize that the tech failed to mention that it was $90 PER ROOM for the enzyme cleaning. Kind of important if you ask me because quite frankly, I can't afford almost $300 in upgrades. After he left, I called the supervisor, Scott and explained what happened and told him had I known it was $90 per room, I would have never done it. He seemed sympathetic at the time and said right now he could refund me 1 of the $90 charges and 2 $25 gift certificates but if I wanted 2 of the charges refunded, he'd have to talk to his supervisor on Monday and call me back. Well, I hadn't heard from him, so I had to call him and he was less than sympathetic on the 2nd phone call. He said the tech told him that I was told it was a per room charge and the work was already done so $90 was all he would refund. Now, I realize it probably comes out that I'm trying to get free work done and I truely was not. I was more than willing to pay for what I was expecting to be charging and only asking that 2 of the 3 charges be refunded. I guess I should be happy that I'm getting anything back at all, but the 2nd phone call with the supervisor and his tone really has left a bad taste in mouth. So if you go with Zerorez, make sure upfront you really know all the costs before any work is started. On the upside, my carpets do look fantastic and the tech was very nice and knowledgable.

we set up an appointment by phone which was confirmed both by e-mail and a confirmation phone call. The service tech arrived on time and showed us in detail the soiled areas and explained what he would do. he worked quickly and when he was done it was like havintg new flooring! the carpets looked like new and the tile shone.

Before the cleaner arrived, I cleared all movable furniture and vacuumed all the carpet. When the gentleman arrived he explained what he was going to do, asked me if there were any trouble spots, explained how he would handle the dog urine spots and odor and asked if I had any questions. Then I asked him about the cost to clean upholstery and tile floors. He gave me the quotes and told me to look them over and if I wanted to schedule the work just call them. Then he started cleaning, first he cleaned all the pet urine spots then he went back and cleaned all the carpet. The outcome was GREAT!

The technician did an excellent job on our year old carpet, it bounced back up like new! We had vacuumed and moved our belongings and he moved around the bigger pieces we requested when he cleaned. He performed the job in a short amount of time and gave us suggestions for continued cleaning and reductions of allergens. We asked for a quote on the tile and he was able to quote and provide the service the same visit. The 8 year old tile/grout looks great! Our poor cat we left in the master room had a different experience when the noisy steamer came in to clean the bath and he had a rough time getting out of the way since the floors were already sprayed with solution. After several hours he was able to calm down!

I set up appt online (great website) and promptly received confirmation as well as email reminder. Technician explained process and was extremely polite and professional. He was also familiar with my carpet fiber (smartstrand). This particular fiber absolutely never requires stain repellant treatments such as scotchguard and he actually knew that and so did not try to sell this (I'm sure others would try to upsell this regardless). The cleaning was thorough, no detergents, no residue, and all spots were removed. I will definitely use them again!
