BOTH Toby R. and Josh C. were excellent in their Professionalism, Expertise, and Courtesy. They were On Time, Friendly, and we all got along well. Toby and Josh answered all my questions during the installation and Toby R. demonstrated the Operation of the windows Post Installation. They cleaned up after the installation was complete I am VERY HAPPY with the Services that Renewal by Andersen provided, and the personnel that performed the installation. John did a great job installing my windows. He was very thorough in explaining all that was to be done. He answered any questions that I had during the installation. He was so good that I have ordered more windows to be installed.

This was my third experience with window replacement, but my first with Andersen. I was so impressed with the quality of the product and the installation process was professional and flawless. My installer, John Lukes, did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend to all my friends (if they can afford it!)

You get what you pay for! We first replaced 4 windows in our master bedroom. The process was great from start to finish. Yes, the initial meeting with our salesperson was a bit long, but very informative and not pushy. We wanted to try them out in one room first, and we have just completed phase two with the remaining 16 windows in our house. The quality of the windows is amazing. Certainly helps with sound, internal temperature and look of the house. Craig Case and his group of installers were amazing. We were so impressed with them we waited a few weeks for our second installation just to get on their calendar. Supervisors also present at each job to ensure satisfaction. Yes, these windows are not inexpensive, but well worth the investment. You won’t regret purchasing these windows.

Our experience with Renewal by Andersen has been nothing but exceptional from the sales presentation, the measuring of our windows and all the way through their installation. Jim, Cliff, and John did an amazing job replacing the original windows in my father's 1960s home today. They were prompt, courteous, and professional, and worked efficiently and quickly to do the replacement in less time than originally estimated. The Andersen windows they installed are a very high quality product that I know will last for many years, just like the original 50 year old Andersen windows they replaced today!

It was fabulous and super easy! (Well, easy for me.) Everyone on the crew (team leader was Craig) was super polite and nice. They were very helpful and answered any questions that I had. It took 2 1/2 days to complete the full-house window replacement (we have a 1-story house). Days 1 and 2 were pulling and replacing windows, adding trim, etc. Day 3 was a 1/2 day and included completing last of the trim work, cleaning the windows, going through an operations demo, and signing the last of the paperwork. They left the house and the yard clean. I had 2 heavy pieces of furniture that they helped me scoot out of the way of the window work (about 2 feet). Overall, I would definitely recommend the windows and Craig's crew. Gavin was our sale's rep: he was very nice and very detailed. The photo that shows the front of the house with the front porch was taken right after they installed them on Day 1. The new windows are on the left (porch side) and the old windows on the right (notice the grids). The 2nd photo shows the right side of the house with the new gridless windows. So much "cleaner".

Look like the door has always been there. Detail in the brickwork is incredible.

The best windows money can buy, for sure. The Installer, Shawn N. and his crew were awesome. They did a great job, cleaned up to perfection, were thorough, quick and very professional.

Great!!! Craig C. did a super job to retrofit a new sliding door to replace a existing hinge door.

Had trouble getting job completed. Had to contact home office to get help. Some of the work was great but response time to get job finished was terrible. Even area manager was shocked with the slowness of completing the finish work. Also the blind insert in the door had to be replaced after a short time.

work was done according to expectations, mess was mostly, but not completely cleaned up. One window was broken, but they quickly replaced it.

The quality of the materials was excellent. The crew first installed the door in the wrong place (not over the stairs outside) and had to reinstall, which they did the same day. The paint job that followed was OK except for a long streak left under the door knob - not very professional, that.

The windows we like really well but the installation we were not satisfied with. We had given a picture description of how we wanted the exterior of the windows to look but the finished product was totally different and not what we wanted. We were frustrated that they did not question us if they were unsure of how we wanted it done. We sent them away and re-did the exterior the way we'd asked.

Mainly good but the company is only as good as the people who work for them. We had to check the work carefully and if we did find something, they did make it right. So be sure to check the work to make sure you are satisfied. The finished product is very beautiful.

Bought a premium product and am pleased with the quality of the windows. What I am astounded by was the installation. It was GREAT! Punctual to the minute, spotlessly clean, respectful of my home and time, meticulous to the tiniest detail. I don't write a lot of reviews because I am a picky engineer and tend to be hypercritical. In this case, there is nothing negative, only continuing amazement with the great windows and fantastic installation experience. Andersen should as proud of John and his crew as they are of their windows.

Well we called to have a demonstration of their Fibrex Windows. We had read great reviews about this company in Consumer Reports. I knew they might be pricey but I also knew they were of the most extreme high quality. On Saturday 9/5 (the Saturday of Labor Day weekend) the sales person (we'll call him "Vic") came out. After giving a great demonstration, he priced out some windows (14) and the total came to 35,000 - which was way more than I had budgeted for. After explaining to him that I would have to check on moving some money around, he put in the HARD SELL. AND I MEAN HARD SELL - knocking down the cost a few thousand dollars. I told him I would need to think about it. Then he got into some real "Alec Baldwin Glenngarry Glen Ross" pressure. This really started to enrage me but I held my cool until he started pressuring me to finance. I told him I was not buying these expensive Windows ON CREDIT. After nearly a half hour longer I was considering calling the police but he told me that if I signed, I could cancel in 3 days. My wife asked me to do that so we could get him out of the house peacefully. Well, it turns out the cancelling form had a three day limit which he backdated to 9/4 which meant on Tuesday (the first working day after Labor Day) the cancellation form was now three days passed. My debit card has not been charged as of yet - but I did get a card today stating that he was looking forward to me coming out for the installation - which means I should have, in fact, called the police on this guy. The company is welcomed to reach out to me for more feedback. My message to them - "I'm not buying Windows from you. I will spend the money suing you in court or fighting your lawsuit first. I signed my cancellation form. I faxed it and emailed it on 9/8."
