Description of Work: The installation went well. The provider's crew arrived as scheduled; they removed the existing builder-grade windows and installed the new windows. All work was done to our satisfaction. The crew disposed of the old windows, cleaned up after themselves and generally did outstanding installation work.

Description of Work: The windows have been in for a year and are great. Downside is that the cost is very high and it is hard to get reliable information to make comparisons. You have to sit through a 2 or 3 hour sales presentation to get a price quote. Then you will be offered a significant discount, around 20% only if you agree to purchase then and there. But, that seems to be the way most of the companies operate. I had 2 companies and they both did the same. Be ready for some high pressure sales tactics. |

Description of Work: I had 3 windows replaced by Renewal By Anderson. The quality of windows is excellent and the level of service is very good, BUT the price is a bit high. You definitely get what you pay for though. I'd go with them again if budget is not an issue.

Description of Work: I was concerned that they couldn't match my trim or fill in space between new windows and wall as windows stuck out further than my old windows. They not only matched my trim perfectly but made them look like they came with my house. They are much quieter. We have less dust and the comfort level is much improved.

Description of Work: We had 5 new windows & 2 storm doors installed. I love the windows, they do everything they promised. However, it took 3 visits & numerous calls to get our front storm door adjusted properly. |Our salesman was initially very helpful but was very hard to reach when we had our issues with the door. Also, I understood that he would check in with us one year after the windows were installed to insure that everything was still working properly but that never happened. |Bottom line, I love my new windows but just don't know if I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Installed windows. They weren't very good at cleaning up after the job. Several of the window frames were damaged and had to be replaced; the bathroom window latch didn't close. They came back and fixed the problems which required me to take more time off of work.
