my results I sent back to the company got lost in the mail. The company was responsive but since I didn't get anything from it I will be getting a refund.

They sent the do-it-yourself kit in a timely manner and I had my results quickly. When I had a question, they responded promptly. I would use them again.

Very impressed with turn around speed and ease of use.

Received quickly, easy to use, except I dropped and lost the tiny, practically invisible the plastic cover and wasn't sure if that was needed to be replaced over the collected sample. Also, it did not give very good guidelines for places to test. Test results showed mold that is not the black mold type. The results were easy to read and seemed quite informative.

They were very responsive and the turn-around was prompt. The results were well presented and easy to understand. The only problem was removing the covering from the slide that was used to capture the mold samples.

They were professional and held up to their side of the transaction.

Between the video and written instruction was easy to follow. They did their job. Quick in responding with the report. When I called and left a message, they got back to me quickly and they are helpful.

It took quite a while for me to get the results of the test. When I did receive them, the test was not very detailed, and basically just confirmed that I did have mold in the home which I already knew. I needed to know the exact strand of mold so my doctor could perform that specific test. When I called the office for the lab to get more information, she let me know that there was a different test that could a more detailed report, and also cost more money. I was upset as I would have saved my money for this test and not even bothered with the first one. I feel like I spent money for nothing, and that I wasted my time.

It was easy to perform test but took a really long time to get results. Maybe it got lost in the mail but it took a good 2 weeks from start to finish. The results were good although I wasnt really sure what they meant. I was looking for more of a good good or bad. They broke down all the different types that were present and basically recommended to get air quality test if needed. Overall it was fine for the cost.

Went very well. Got the text that the sample was received. Within a few days, got the email with the results. I now understand what I need to do with the mold under my kitchen sink.

This is a well thought out process. They send you the air filtering machine and sample collection cases. Directions are easily understood and process is easy to do. It plainly tells you to take an outdoor sample, so I don't understand those that complained about not knowing they needed it. READ THE DIRECTIONS! Return shipping was very easy and results were emailed in a couple of days. Overall very happy with experience. A couple of small things, it says on the box if equipment is not returned by a certain date(approx 1 week) there is an additional charge (quite a bit). I have no problem with this except it was not clearly stated(or I missed it). Also, it would be nice to have results and mold types explained a little better. They give you the results of test with very little explanation of mold types, what is normal etc. All in all, just great and would definitely do it again, if necessary

It worked out fine. There were some extra costs, but that was to be expected.

Did as instructed got info back but it took a while. Overall, the service was very good. Full explanation of the results was extremely helpful.

I got a determination of the species and found it was not the dangerous type.

I ordered the special two test kits for $35. The kits arrived in a couple days with easy to follow instructions. I mailed them back in and promptly received an email with a lab report explaining what type of mold I had. They also included additional information which answered my questions about the type of mold present. They were very quick, professional, and worth the $35.

They sent an electric air pump, tubing and 3 little canisters, with easy-to-follow instructions for gathering the air samples. For each sample the pump is to be run for 10 minutes, so with time for setting up in the next location, the whole process took an hour and a half. After taking the samples, you put everything but the tubing back in the box and take it to the post office, where you mail it using the prepaid postage sticker they provide. Four days after mailing it I received via email a detailed report with the test results and detailed material about the various spores, etc. found. While they didn't make specific evaluations of whether the air in each location was "safe," one can draw some conclusions from the generalized information they provide. One thing their offer didn't make clear is that one of the samples has to be of outdoor air, for comparison. Since I needed to test 3 indoor locations, I had to buy an additional canister (they included 2 in the original package, available for $39 each). One might consider that "bait and switch" - I had to buy 4 tests to get the 3 I needed, and their literature did not make that clear. Other than the pricing issue, I am pleased with the work Moldlab did.

They were prompt in their answer but too general on explanations and definitions it could apply to any mold found in a house.

We got the test kit, sent it in and got results right away. It went very well. The service is outstanding and I couldn't ask for more than what they offered. I was very pleased.

The results were back in three days as promised, Very friendly and professional staff on the phone who were very knowledgeable about mold and the removal protocol. Would use them again. I used their samples as a second opinion and their results matched the professional mold remediation company exactly.

It went ok. It didn't give me all the information I wanted but I was able to move forward with my plans after using this.

The directions with the test kit were very easy. Once finished, I mailed back to Moldlab in the return envelope. We got the results back in the mail a couple weeks later and it turns out that I was right....the home we were renting did have mold.

The problem I had with Moldlab was that they sent back a report that was kind of a generic report. Then when I called and left messages for them to call me to answer more detailed questions or give me a more detailed information, I never heard back from them. When you call their number, nobody picks up, they say leave a message and we'll get back to you but they had never gotten back to me. I think I made about three phone calls.

After contacting Moldlab we received a mold testing kit within 2 days. They also sent an email to say the kit was on it's way. After taking a surface sample with a q-tip , that was provided, it was labeled, placed in a plastic bag and mailed to the laboratory. We received an email to say the sample had arrived. Within 24 hours another email was sent with the lab results.

Everything went as advertised. Great process, great offering.
