Description of Work: Sent kit for air samples. I can't say the instructions were clear about sampling air to compare the samples with. When the results came I had measurements but they couldn't be compared to sampled air, I think from outside so basically they didn't tell me much and what info I have is really of no value.

Good morning! Thank you for taking time to review our services. I pulled your lab report and reviewed the data. The reason there were no comparisons to the Outside air for your project was due to the fact that you did not take an Outside air sample as one of the 3 tests provided in the kit. The instruction pamphlet included with the test kit says to "*** Please take an Outdoor sample. Exterior baseline sample is crucial for your comparison data chart." Therefore when we receive a test kit back that does not include an outside sample, we can only provide data for the samples that were taken. We apologize that important step wasn't more clearly marked in the pamphlet. We have decided to highlight that important piece of information in our test kit pamphlet moving forward. Also, we are happy to discuss your specifc lab results with you via our toll free phone number 1-866-416-6653. Description of Work: We had mold in our HVAC unit and wanted to see what it was exactly. Moldlab tested and emailed the results within a week. They do exactly what they say they do and you can search online to see how bad things are (READ carefully...some thing sound worse than they are initially because they CN be bad under certain conditions but not always bad!)

Description of Work: "self serve" mold assessment. Prompt mailing of materials to use for air and spot testing of mold. Tests revealed we had a variety of mold and so we found someone to remove as MoldLab is only for testing. Easy tests to do by oneself, very very extensive reports.

Description of Work: This is a two step process; Step one, the company sends a kit which the customer uses to gather samples of the questionable material, and Step two, the customer sends the material to the company for assessment. MoldLab was very prompt about sending out the kit. I have yet to get samples and send them back so I will have to report more at a later time.

Description of Work: Provided a kit for taking air mold samples. Sampling method was conducted using a pump collection method which is more accurate than swabs. The collection method is a bit more complicated, but the directions for using the pump, taking and labeling the samples, then returning for analysis was very easy to understand. Provider was also immediately available and very responsive when I had a question. Analysis was done quickly and the report on the amount and types of mold detected was very thorough and helpful.

Description of Work: MOLDLAB sent me an apparatus and instructions to use to test the air in my home for mold. They also sent me mailers to return everything so they could evaluate the samples that they helped me gather. Then, MOLDLAB contacted me by e-mail with their results within 3 days AND they had a toll-free number for me to use to call with any questions. I called them and they were EXTREMELY helpful!
