Description of Work: Great service. Received kit in the mail, and was very easy to get samples myself and send in. No hidden fees. Received report promptly via email, with lots of additional information about the types of mold they found. Called with additional questions, and they gave me great information on what to do next. Would definitely use again, and have already recommended to several people.

Description of Work: The lab sent a do it yourself mold sampling kit. Samples of the mold was taken and sent to the lab for analysis. The lab promptly provided via e-mail detailed analysis of what they found along with detailed explanations of their results.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal from them for do-it-yourself mold testing. They were a bit expensive but they did give insightful information.

Description of Work: They provide test service and "rental" equipment to do air sampling. The equipment arrived in time, the instructions were easy to follow, the process easy to implement, the samples were easy to return along with the equipment. The test data came back quickly and was relatively easy to understand.

Description of Work: We received an e-mail from Mold Labs to alert us that the package with the equipment was on it's way. We received the package in a very timely manner. We executed the tests ourselves and sent them in for the company to analyze. A couple of days later, we received an e-mail that the company had our test samples and that the results would be e-mailed in 10-14 days. We got our results about 5 days later via e-mail. Very easy to deal with. I would recommend this company.
