Description of Work: Moldlab sent a kit that allowed me to take two samples of what I thought was possibly mold on my walls/ceiling. I took the samples and then sent them via mail to Moldlab. They analyzed the samples and sent a report to me via email. |The instructions were clear and easy and Moldlab analyzed them quickly and sent the results very promptly. |The results were easy to read.They also provided some direction for me to take. |I was pleased with the service.

The process was very easy to follow and after receiving my results I called into the support center to go over them. The girl on the phone was very helpful and explained everything in greater detail. Description of Work: This was very easy - do-it-yourself kit came promptly in the mail, and results were ready about a week after I mailed the samples back. You need to look up on their website to see what the different kinds of molds are and whether they are ones to be particularly concerned about. My only critique is that it would have been great if they included a pre-paid return envelope to send the samples back in. It's not a huge deal, but it added about 5 days on my end to get over to the post office. Overall, though, very easy way to get some good answers about what is growing in our new house!
