Description of Work: The young man was thoughtful and responsive. He seemed to do all the right things. |He was very late because he didn't realize we lived in a different time zone. This reflects a lack of knowledge of the area/customer base. |Also, He said he's do some research and follow up with me and never did. There was no follow-up from the company which made me slightly suspicious of their ability to do what they claim to do - find the source of odors.

Description of Work: They sent instructions to put mold on container which we mailed back..they wrote back that we had heavy mold so we had to call local company for removal.

Description of Work: Zachary was soooo wonderfully responsive. My Mom's health had been declining for 2 weeks. In addition to taking her to her doctors, I was grasping for straws. Post hurricanes there was mold in her home for which remediation was done...I thought maybe on the off chance it had not been fully eradicated, that we'd test. I spoke with Zachary on a Sunday and he was out to do the testing early Monday morning. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and courteous. It received the verbal report back from Zach midday Tuesday. It was not mold. Mom actually ended up in the hospital on Tuesday am with a grave diagnosis.

Description of Work: Sent us the lab slides that we put swabs of mold on and then analyzed the results. Was fine, but still need the people to get tested to see if they are allergic to that particular mold species and someone to get rid of the mold. So, this was only one step.
