Description of Work: They sent me the kit, which contained the pump, 3 sampling units and instructions. The kit was pretty easy to use, and the instructions were very understandable. I had asked them to send an additional 3 sampling units, and they included them. I sent everything back, and had my report back to me via email within a couple of weeks. The reports were pretty extensive and comprehensive.

Description of Work: Provided equipment to test air. Gathered air in the bottle and returned it. Results were reported by e-mail. In our case, air quality was good. How can you know if it was an accurate test? We simply trust that it was.

Description of Work: Very helpful. Sampling slides arrived very quickly. I did have to call because I did not receive the results in the specified time - there was a holiday in there, which I gave the benefit they did not work - even with that, they were late and I needed info re what to junk asap. HOWEVER, as soon as I called, in pleasant manner,they fast-tracked getting me the results in a couple of hours AND later that same day, and despite being busy, took time to speak with me at length about what to do next. (I only submitted 2 samples to start.) Professional.
