Description of Work: Sent me a mold test kit with full instructions & a return envelope with prepaid return label. Took & returned samples, rec'd e-mail confirmation of receipt & within 48 hours as promised was e-mailed the results with a phone # to use if we had any other questions (haven't used yet but may very well for advice on safe clean-up/eradication).

Description of Work: They sent the mold test kit with express mail. You peeled off the protective cover, stick on to the mold area, put it in the plastic container provided (two containers are provided to test at two separate areas) and sent it back in the express mail envelope provided. You get the results in e-mail within a week. They provided you with the names of the molds found. You need to check by yourself on the internet about the mold.
