there seemed to be a bit of a shipping delay in returning the kit, but they did receive it before the due date. The report listed the types and amounts of mold found from the three samples taken; two rooms and an outside reference sample.

Process was easy, quick, and effective.

I took the slides and removed the plastic. The samples wouldn't stick to the slides very good so I used tape and a Q-tip. I sealed them up, put them in the postage paid envelope, and shipped. It is what it is. The company did their job, they took the samples, analyzed them, and sent me the results. I received an envelope with the results, that's pretty much it. I paid about $60 and the issue is still there. IMHO, the info sent, didn't help me or the issue. I still have to pay to get rid of the issue whether I do it myself or pay someone to do it. Me getting samples analyzed doesn't really matter............to me anyways. Best of luck.

I liked the slide tests better than the round discs that need to sit and collect the mold. I found them to be more efficient.

It was over 2 years ago. I don't remember at all. Angie's list is garbage.

Received the test quickly which allowed us to hire someone to fix the problem. We were in the process of selling our home and needed to know quickly if we had a problem. Got the test within a couple of days, and sent it over. came back quickly and confirmed what we suspected.

The service was well communicated and done in a timely manner. The information that provided after the test was sketchy, not informative.

I ordered mold test kit for $59.50 and the sent it to me in the mail. I followed their instructions on getting a sample for testing. I sent the samples to them in the postage provided envelope and received an email with the results about a week later.

They did an excellent job. They emailed the results and I didn't understand everything so I called them. The tech was very detailed in her explanations and I then understood the results. I would very much use this company again. I

I had a little problem at first because I was sent the wrong kit. They called and apologized and sent me the right kit. I had to pay postage to pick up the wrong kit at the post office but they sent me a check to cover the cost of the postage. I would use them again. Once the lab tests were done I had to decide what to do with them which was difficult. I think a company that did the testing and took care of the mold might be easier because the results from the lab can be a little confusing. The service I would really like is the mols testing, someone to explain it to you and what your options would be. For instance if the area is small enough, like mine, to take care of it myself or if the company thought they should come and take care of the mold because of the size of the effected area. They could also give the customer ideas on how to get rid of the mold themselves if they wanted to. I don't know of a company that would do all this but it would be a more complete service.

I purchased the $59 deal from Angies list. I actually wanted a dish type test for airborne mold testing but received tape instead. I guess I missed the specifics in the details. Either way, they provided a good analysis and report soon after I shipped the sample to them. It told me some details regarding the type of mode, the level/concentration, and some of the health effects assocated with that type of mold. Based on this information I decided to have my basement cleaned.

Followed easy instructions on kit mailed to us. Sent back in mail envelop provided. Receied report with explanation of findings. Results made removal of black residue on home widow frames easy with no health concerns. Great service and smooth process from beginning to results of tests. Would recommend or use again.

WENT WELL, BUT DID NOT GIVE ME COUNTS ON THE MOLD WHICH I NEEDED.

Once I sent the kit in, they tested it and within two weeks we received our results.

The sample kit arrived quickly. I sent my samples in and received a confirmation email on 6/30/15, with a note saying I should receive the results within one day. When I had not seen anything by 7/3, I called and the lady said they were having computer problems, but I should see something by 7/6. When I still had no results by 7/7, I called again, was told that they were having computer problems, but I should see something soon. I received the results on 7/8. The person that I spoke with was really nice and very helpful. My experience may have been unusual because they were having computer problems, but I couldn't rate them higher based on the length of time having to call twice.

I actually haven't used it, but Angie's list keeps sending me all of these reminders. I just want them to stop.

It took a little longer than the directions specified but the results were complete when they arrived and delivered to my email.
