We basically did the work. We had to look up on their website how to do the collections and then we had to prepare the sample, which wasn't really difficult, but took time, to send into them.. I had to call them to check on the results to see where they were and then I had to copy them off of the computer once I received them, so, most of the work is on you.

They sent me the kit to gather the sample and send it back for testing. Instructions were clear and it was very easy to do. Within about three days I had the report back identifying the mold as well as extensive data on the nature of the mold and any cautions.

The service was fine, they sent me the results, and they were prompt. They give you instructions on how you can collect the mold on clear tape, and they give you a bag with a form which you fill out and send it to them, and then they email or mail you the results. I chose them because of their ratings and they were inexpensive. They have a website that explains everything once you get the results.

Equipment arrived as promised. Instructions were easy to follow. Everything worked as advertised. Once complete, I packed everything up in the provided packaging and mailed it back. A few days later, I received my reports via email.

They returned the analysis and I am proceeding to act on it, I am quite happy with their work. They told me how to get the sample, and then they emailed the results to me. This was a very economical way for me to find out what kind of mold I had in my AC unit, once I knew that, I was able to find out if I was allergic to any of them. I had been dealing with an allergy doctor and this was a way of getting information that was economical.

I got a response (via e-mail) to the sample I sent in, two days after I sent it in. They did not detect any mold. Happy with the quick response.

The kit was easy to use with their easy to understand instructions. I took samples inside the bedroom, in the wall, and outdoors. Shipped everything back, and received an email with complete laboratory results within a few days. I interpreted the report to indicate we did not have a mold problem, sent an email to the provider, and she promptly replied confirming my conclusion. I had previously called on a question about getting a sample in the wall which she was very helpful with and sent a special plastic tube for that purpose. I am very pleased with all this and would highly recommend. I had quotations from local mold sampling companies which ranged from $300 to $1200!

They delivered what they promised. As it turned out, the service that they provided isn't all that useful. That is not to say that they are not competent, it's just that the information is not that useful.

Very professional .Exact instructions on how to take a sample and mail it in for testing . Very easy to do. No complicated kit to buy. Options were provided for various reasonable payments and ways to obtain report email or mail. The report detailed what kind of mold was in the sample and detailed references to identify the types of mold. Really eased my mind asto how we should del with this situation and at a reasonable cost.

They tell you how to do the process from home, you send the mold to them and then they e-mail you back their bill. They seem to have good reviews.

I sent in my own samples with scotch tape. As soon as they recieve it it only takes 24 hours. They provided a lot of information over the phone. I would give them an A+. I enjoyed the results because it comes by email so it comes instantly. Once you get it by email it comes with a glossary, so it gives you information about the types of mold.

We sent in samples of mold taken from various places in our home. They were very prompt in getting them tested and sending our results via email. I had asked that they rushed them, but I don't think this was necessary. It appeared that they processed them the day that they received them.

Upon calling Moldlab, I was connected to a very knowledgeable and helpful individual, Kristina, that explained the testing process and assisted me in how and where to test in my house. I received a high quality vacuum pump along with sever sampling modules , one for each area tested. I read the initial instructions and followed precisely. I then re-packaged the pump and modules and returned to Moldlab. I was extremely pleased with Moldlab. Kristina was very attentive and answered any and all questions. All supplies were delivered timely and the response time was quick. The reports I received online were very comprehensive and gave me a good idea of what is going on in my house. The sampling instructions were straight forward and the equipment easy to use I would not hesitate using Moldlab again or recommending them to

We would use this service again and recommend others to contact Moldlab. The results identified the molds in the office and indicated that the nasty ones we were worried about were not the majority of the sample.

I have a pending investment property with mold issues. Never dealt with mold and called this company to get a better understanding of what I should do. We are preparing to gut our master bathroom where there is severe wall damage behind the tiles in the shower. Naturally, mold has found a happy home behind the gyp board, and so we wanted to know what we were ripping out beforehand, particularly since we have small children in the house. I sent in the samples on Friday. I got the results via email the following Thursday. As it turns out, we have very common molds and can seek help in addressing the issue as we need to.
