It was easy to take the samples and mail them. The results came back in a reasonable amount of time. We got the information we needed. Some of the mold was not to worry about. I would use this company again, especially if they offered a two for one deal.

I intend to use them again. The test was easy to do with everything I needed right there. Very professionaly done. You just are not paying for someone else to run the simple equiptment.

I needed to test my house quickly because my 4-year-old had a chronic cough whenever he was in the house. I ordered on a Friday and moldlab said they would mail the kid Monday. They didn't mail it until Thursday and by then I had already hired a local company to do the testing sooner. The people at Moldlab were very nice and except for not receiving the test in time my interactions with them were very pleasant.

Within moments of ordering kit we were contacted to see if we needed any information, to thank us for ordering and sending tracking information. In the kit we had full instructions, everything needed to do air samples and a return label prepaid. We heard back from company earlier than promised with our results, explanations and a phone number to call if we had any questions. Fast, polite and helpful people at this company

I didn't receive the mold kit at first, but after i emailed them i received a response same day. They then expedited shipping of the mold kit to my home, and they apologized. Very professional and responsive.

The instructions were easy to follow and I had watched another person do similar testing so I felt confident I did a good job gathering samples. My primary objective was to double check a tester/remediation service that was suggesting $6000 worth of remediation. The Moldlab results did not match those of the people I had here except for the outside sample which was in the same ballpark. Now my quandry is......who do I believe.

I want my money refunded. I no longer need the test kit, since I had to have the testing and subsequent remediation done in a timely manner due to the possible dangers of mold.I had to use another testing service. I couldn't wait any longer.

I highly recommend Moldlab for their expertise, professionalism, and timely provision of detailed results from the sample analysis. I ordered the kit on a Friday, it arrived on a Saturday, we collected five air samples on Sunday, shipped the samples back on Monday, and the results were emailed to us on Tuesday! Once we got the results, Kristina kindly helped us interpret them and identify cost-effective ways to reduce mold spores in a few problem areas in our home. As a scientist, I was fascinated by the whole process and appreciated being empowered with the knowledge gained from Moldlab.

It worked out pretty good. What they did was they gave me samples of mold and I put it on the wall, and I sent it back to them until they sent me a report. The deal was to supply all the materials and do the testing. The service was great and they get back to me on what they said they would.

They provided the materials in a timely fashion. The instructions were easy to follow and didn't take long to perform the test. The only issue I had was they forgot to send me my results. However, when I called, they quickly resolved that issue and were very professional about handling it. If I felt I needed to check for mold again, this would be a service I would look to again.

I REALIZED THAT I NEVER RECEIVED THE KIT.

I sent samples in (easy process) and they emailed info to me re what types of mold I was dealing with. I would have been more impressed if they had included information on what to do to get rid of the mold. But, overall, they did what they promised and I'm happy with that.

The kit works fine. We couldn't use them to clean because the building owners wanted to bring in their own contractor. They did a good job, they were quick turning it around once we sent back samples and everything.

They were prompt in sending the air pump and components to me. I shipped the contents back to them on a tuesday and I received my emailed lab results that Saturday. The lab results were extremely helpful. If you have questions or aren't sure, just read through all of the information attached to your results, you will most likely find your answer. I still had a few questions so emailed them, she emailed back within a few hours and asked for my cell. She spent 45 minutes answering my questions (we had a few odd variables to work with in the results) and she led me in the right direction. If you are suspicious of mold growing in your home and you want peace of mind in knowing where it may be , which type of mold and if there are high amounts or trace amounts, I would recommend using this company.

Moldlab provided a very prompt courteous and professional service and we received the diagnostic kit very quickly.

The report came back faster than expected and I also received an email once they received the sample I sent them and also again when they began analyzing it. Would use them again

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and they were very good, just fine. I went with them because they were independent and didn't try to sell me remediation. They seemed to have a very good price from what I saw and researched. I was very happy with them. I put the mold sample in a ziplock back and mailed it to them. They contacted me back by email and it was in a very timely fashion. Their email was very easy to understand and was very clear. When I first tried to call them their office had already closed so I had to call them the next day.

It was very easy and a fast process.

Submitted 1 sample of a mold swab. Test results were returned quickly. Complex mold analysis provided. Phone support available to assist with interpreting results but I chose not to follow-up.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went well. I sent the test in, and it came back a couple days later. This was the first time that I used them. The report was detailed, and they explained the different types of molds and issues with each mold, which I thought was very beneficial. I called the lab, and the lady doing the tests spent about 5 minutes talking to me about the tests.

No problems. I mailed in the samples following the simple directions provided. Within a few days I received the emailed report as promised. As expected they were positive for mold. After some work to clean things up I plan to use this provider again. I like that there has been NO pressure to buy further services.

Timely mailing of materials, easy instructions......the only issue I had was when they detect mold , they give you the type and # of counts........then that;'s it......no help in interpreting the results.......There are no real standards for amounts of molds reasonably accepted inside a home, but better guidance is needed. It's like telling someone there is arsenic in your water or feces in your mcdonalds burger.......well there is .....but certain amounts pose no danger.......and with molds.....especially black mold no government agency has established guidelines......when you turn to the internet, you can find a little info but all in all very frustrating........I guess these test are better for determining if you have an issue or not.

Good instructions and advice. I had a mold testing firm come in prior to this, and I thought the self test was better and more professional.
