So I believe they are a reputable company, and I would not hesitate to use their services if needed.
Description of Work: I ordered a pre-paid mold detection kit from them, which they sent as promised. I decided we weren't going to use it after all, which by their terms meant I had to pay for shipping to return it. They said they would put the difference on my credit card; but the refund was never processed. When I contacted them about it, they were very apologetic--there had been a problem with their credit card processing--and they actually sent me a check for the full amount of the transaction, including my return shipping.

Great customer service, the phone rep actually helped me interpret crazy results from a mold company and educated me on mold. Great experience!!
Description of Work: I can't remember the exact cost...but it was much less than having a mold company come in and perform the same tests. I did the sample swab tests on a piece of tape, mailed it in, and got my results. Super easy and fast.

They mailed me a detailed report of what they found in the test strips I sent. I presume the tests were correct, but they indicated that more testing would be necessary to know precisely how bad or how dangerous the mold might be.

It went well. They did the test and we got it back in a reasonable amount of time. I liked the fact that they could identify what kind of mold it was. They sent us a kit and they called to make sure that we had gotten it. The results turned out well. They told us what kind each one was and they recommended someone to us that can fix it. I put mold on the glass strips and sent it back to them and they test it. It took about two weeks to get the results back.
Description of Work: Moldlab tested some mold that we had showing in the corner of our basement. It was a big deal purchase.

We use the air test. It was simple to use and quick. We discovered relatively high concentrations of mold in the air of our living room. As a result, we investigated and discovered a leak in the roof and some black mold developing behind the walls. I recommend the service and MoldLab as the provider. They were quick and professional.

After doing the air test, we discovered relatively high concentrations of mold in one of our rooms. We then drilled a hole in the ceiling and took samples. We sent those samples to MoldLab and discovered black mold behind the walls (which we have now removed). MoldLab was professional and efficient. I am happy we used them.

The self-test kit resulted in a report that had some basic information about the mold. We followed the links to find out more information, but the site wasn't working properly. It would be helpful if more information was available.

Company was very responsive,( emailed question on a Sunday and they responded the same day) Product arrived when promised with clear instructions on how to operate. Test results supplies within a week as promised. Although expensive, pretty much the norm for other companies also. Overall very satisfied with product and service.

It was easy to do. Met my expectations, they did exactly what they said they would. I have never done a mold test before, they met my expectations and the results of the test said we had a mold problem and was able to locate the problem. The kit was worth the 200 dollars.

They got back quite quickly. They had lots of good information online. I had the results in about 4 days. They responded quickly to my emails. It was nice to have the results and it helped me figure out some of the stuff I needed to do. It would've been nice to have someone local that I could contact.
