The test is easy to do yourself and the report is thorough and easy to understand. It tests for a variety of molds and there is a customer service line if you have questions.

This company provided everything they said they would do, and then some. I purchased prepaid testing for mold, and expected to follow the directions submit the samples in plastic ziplock bags. To my surprise they provide test kits that enable you to actually take and submit the tests. Then they added some extra test kits as well. The test results were fast, and adequately detailed. The company directed you to their website to understand the details of the test results. I wish there was some additional details on the type of molds found, but was able to search the EPA to understand that I didn't have any serious risks.

They sent the product quickly and I have not used the evaluation service at this time. They were reasonably priced for the product. I had an immediate issue and I had to get a professional for immediate on-site testing and remediation. They had a good letter that they sent instructing on how to use the product.

Moldlab provided exceptional service. The kit was complete and easy to use. The communication from the company was exceptional with e-mail notifying us of the expected arrival dates for everything. The collection of the mold samples was very easy to accomplish. Moldlab provided a detailed report, complete with photos, explaining the types and number of mold spores identified on the samples. They also explained the "danger level" associated with the various types of mold spores. This went a long way toward alleviating the angst associated with finding mold in the HVAC system. I highly recommend Moldlab if you want fast, accurate results.

They were generous and very nice about me having to return the kit. Their kit is definitely more high tech than most kits which I really liked.

I was very happy with the service. We received an email when they shipped us the kit, when they received our samples, and then when the analysis was complete. They also included two extra slides incase we wanted to check other areas (there would have been another charge for those but it was nice to know that we had them if we needed them). The instructions were easy to understand and the report was easy to read.

It was easy to do the at home testing. And the return paid shipment box made it easy to return everything. Good communication along the way. Report was received promptly. Good service though a little pricey.

I purchased the deal and moldlab mailed me a kit. I used the provided tape to get samples off of a wall. I sent them in as directed in the kit. When the tests were complete, moldlab emailed me the results. Thankfully, it was pollen and not mold.

They did a great job. Great response time too. I'd definitely use them again.

I ordered the MoldLab air sampling kit to test locations in my home for the presence of airborne mold spores. MoldLab promptly shipped an air pump, tubing, sampling cartridges and simple instructions to obtain mold samples in my home as well as an outdoor control sample. I used the box provided and prepaid Priority Mail labels to ship the equipment and samples back to MoldLab. Within a few days they had emailed me with my lab results. I followed up with a phone call to the lab to confirm my understanding of the results report. They were very helpful every step of the way. I would definitely use their services again!

We received their supplies timely in the mail. But we used a local supplier to visit and do the tests for us and interpret the results.

This was all done via mail. They sent the testing kit and I performed the test and I mailed it back to them. They then returned the results of the test to me. All this was done in a timely manner.

It turns out that I would also have to have an inspector come out. I would then have to sent the information to the lab. I decided not to move forward with the deal. The buyer didn't have time to wait for all of that.

I used Moldlab to analyze some mold that I found in a foreclosed house that I bought. I followed the directions on their website to collect the samples and then mailed them off to their laboratory. I got the test results back via email in a few days. Great company, great service.

It was easy to use. The kit arrived within a couple of days. It had clear and simple directions. I took an outside sample and two indoor samples using the included machine. I labelled samples and sent everything back using the priority shipping label and box that came with the kit. I went to post office, asked for a tracking number and shipped it off. I didn't have to pay anything, it was all correctly pre-paid. My results were emailed to me within a week. Results are a bit complicated but they use several bar graphs to help you understand. We had some mold results in a bedroom, but I wasn't sure if the numbers on the chart indicated a real problem or not. I called the mold lab to discuss. It actually took awhile to get through to them, call early not late. But when I did get through the lab technician was so nice and easy to talk to. She had answers and clarifications for everything I asked. We are on a tight budget in my home, and the price of paying professionals to come in and do mold testing was out of our range. We are very happy with the do it yourself kit. For the price this kit is a great way to determine whether you need to pay for further testing and remediation. We are actually ordering from mold lab again. We are going to do the two for one surface testing because we have some water stains in another room we want to check.

This company was outstanding in their communication by email and regular mail. The process was simple and very efficient. They exceeded my expectations.

They did everything they were supposed to do when they said they would do it. They mailed a test kit, I sent back 2 samples and they emailed the analysis just like they promised.

It was good and everything was fine. They have been very helpful and have given me everything I have needed. The girl I spoke with over the phone was also very helpful. I have not gotten the results back yet, but that is because I have not sent them to Moldlab yet.

It went well. The equipment was easy to use and instructions were good. Everything arrived quickly - the equipment and the results.

The information for each submitted sample was given, and there was some information in the report, and much more information available about the report on their website. I was pleased with the amount and readability of the information given. In this instance, I was fortunate not to have found any of the more dangerous types of mold, so I could use the company's websites and links provided to make a reasonable decision about how to treat my problem.

The sampling was easy and the directions were great. I got the results back within days. The results showed me how much mold and what kinds of mold are in the air at my house. However, Moldlab couldn't give me a range of safe vs. unsafe mold levels. So, I got numbers (how much mold was in the air), but I don't know if the numbers indicate dangerous levels of mold or not. Apparently, OSHA hasn't set a safety limit, so Moldlab can't direct me as to what level constitutes "dangerous" and what doesn't. But if you're looking for a particular type of mold, maybe something you're allergic to, I think this would be very helpful.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. They were efficient, quick and easy. My interaction with the provider was good; they were quick to respond and to send out everything I needed to get my piece of the puzzle done.
