They are fast, they are accurate, they are professional, They are helpful, They are great at what they do. It's a difficult thing to find mold in your home. It's overwhelming when you have to deal with what to do. They are responsive providing recommendations on who to use. If you have to use them as mold is such an unpleasant thing to have and deal with, These are the people you want to work with. The are the same people who the professionals use. They delivered as promised and quickly

The service was fine. The results were not particularly helpful since they provided a fairly vague diagnosis of the types of mold samples I sent. The associated symptoms were so broad for each type of mold, it really wasn't very helpful. I think it was much cheaper than hiring a mold test company.

The service went pretty well. It was pretty easy to do the testing on my own. The response from the test was relatively quick. They mailed and emailed the results. I did not have too much interaction with the company, but I was pleased with their service.

It went really well! The kit arrived by mail and I sent them the sample. The total process took about 2 weeks. The level of detail in the results was very helpful. Overall, it was a smooth, nice experience.

They did respond in a reasonable amount of time with the results, however I found their write-up to be rather generic and lacking in specificity which meant it didn't provide any real insight into our mold problem.

They provided the return envelope to send the samples and I mailed them back. They were supposed get back to be within twenty-four hours with the results and they never did. It has been over two months. I tried to contact them more than once but when I called, their number was a busy signal.

They sent a kit. I took samples. Sent in their package to them. They e-mailed results.

They are very good. I called and they told me how to prepare the samples. I told them I would like to get the results ASAP, they did not promise but said would try their best. I overnighted the sample out, called the next morning and was told the sample had been received, I got the results that afternoon by email.

The service went okay. They did the analyses and sent the result both through email, as well as through text. They got the results back to us in a timely manner. The only thing the report did not say was if the mold should be treated or not. It left me unsure on how we should proceed with the results. They actually mail you a kit for the mold and you then mail it back for the results.

We ended up not needing the service

I was pleased with the report, but it did not have details as to which species of each mold found. From my independent research I learned that there are only two health-threatening species out of thirty different species of black mold. But I had no idea whether or not those two species were in my home because MoldLab does not provide the detailed analysis that specifies the exact speices found. For that report I had to spend $321 for an analysis from a lab in New Jersey. They will do the needed mycotoxin analysis that will tell me if I have a health-threatening species present. I would think that most people want a mold analysis strictly to determine iof there is a health-threatening mold present. All MoldLab provides is a list of molds found in your samples and a description that says that certain of the black molds may be a threat to your health. I guess it's a good first step to find out if you have a black mold present, so that you can then proceed on to find out if it's one of the two that are health-threatening.

The written report was useful, and easy enough to understand. I believe this type of "open air" mold testing has some validity issues, but we still wanted to try it out. The results were helpful. Ultimately, our full answer required both this "send away" lab test, as well as a physical sight inspection. The sight inspection was done by someone (maybe from Serve-Pro) who had some fancy heat inferred/radar type gun, where "no heat, leans toward no live mold spores". That method is also not a 100% valid test. But, between the two services, we believe we got the correct answer as to whether certain rooms actually had mold in them.

Received my kit from the supplier promptly, with easy to understand instructions for taking samples. Sent it back and they sent me a report - EASY and very affordable.

The service seemed cost effective but the results were not fast enough so I had to call in a local service provider who eventually remediated the mold as well. So the kit was not necessary for my situation

It was good. At first I had an issue because I bought it and they didn’t send out the packet but whenever I called them they expedited the shipping and resent it out, I had no problems. What stands out about their service is their responsiveness, if you have an issue. They are responsive and professional.

We took a sample, as described, and sent it in. We had one email when they received our sample, and another with the report. No mold! Thank you, MoldLab.

The service turned out fine. It was a little hard to understand as I do not know a lot about mold. They gave a lot of information but it was hard to get through.

Everything went great based on the results we were able to determine a course of action. In the future if we need to we will definitely use them again.
