Used JJ's to replace all the glass in our windows. We had windows with panes, and wanted ones without. We also chose LOW E windows. Very pleased with the service and price

Two men arrived on time, on one of the very cold January days this year. They worked from the outside only, did not need to come into the house. It took 45 minutes roughly. They removed the old glass, cleaned up and took old glass with them. I obtained three bids and J. J.'s was the lowest by far! One bid was over $300. Also, a friend/neighbor knew about J. J.'s and highly recommended them.

He was good. The first time he only replaced one window. So I had to call him and it took almost one month to come again.

It went quite well. Their pricing was reasonable and they showed up on time and completed the job and did a good job and no issues. I would definitely recommend them. I wasn't actually even at home when it was done. They are able to do it from the outside without getting access to the house and they showed up when they said they were going to and did the job and that was done right. They are responsive and punctual. I would definitely use them again.

The reason I started using them was because somebody referred me to them, and she said that they were the least priced, and they did a good job. They came out one day to measure, and they came out the other day to install it.

JJ and the crew were amazing. Wish we had called them years earlier. What a difference new, clear windows make whether you are looking out, or looking in! The neighbors were pleased; I was pleased; and I'm convinced this step helped sell the home. JJ discovered that the crew had removed two windows that should have remained in place since they were already just fine. They installed 2 new windows without additional charges, and apologized profusely for the error. The men were professional, courteous, and helpful. One of them noticed I was carrying a long, tall ladder to another room, and graciously moved the ladder to where I needed it; then returned it to its proper location. I guarantee you will be pleased with your windows when you call JJ's. Don't wait another moment!

It was fine. I've used them many times...three places. I did use them before; I even saw them on Angie's List...its fine that's why I used them again. They were recommended by someone else. They are good.

Joe, their estimator, came to the house on time and was done rather quickly. This was the second time we had used this company and Joe was the estimator both times. The installation crew came out on schedule a few days later and went right to work. All of this work was done outside and required no involvement from me except to point out which windows were to be replaced. Within 90 minutes they were finished with the installation. From Joe to the two man installation crew to the person I spoke with on the phone setting the schedule, everyone was friendly and easy to talk to.

I had JJ's come out and give me an estimate. Once provided with the estimate, I requested that the work be scheduled and completed as soon as possible. It has been months and I have yet to hear from them. He gave me the impression that they were real busy, so I guess replacing the glass in two windows was just not an important job for them. Now I have to get another company to come out and measure and fix the windows.

I’ve used them for some years so they do a good job. They give you a job and it’s fairly priced. They get out there quickly. If you put them on the job, you don’t have any trouble.

dJJ was very helpful and professional. Although we did not use him (we couldn't-- we have wood windows and he does not do/ work on wood windows), he did provide good information and even referred us to someone else that he knows that does work on wood windows.

I called the provider mid October to get a rough estimate over the phone. They came out to measure a day or two later (from the outside, I did not have to be home). They left a written firm price, which was the same as the estimate. Because I was out of town,I wanted to wait until I got back to have the work done. I picked a date, a very efficient man came out, remove the old windows and installed the new. The new window looks very good. This was a very easy fix to a problem that I had put off having done for several years. The cost was reasonable, they honored the 10% off coupon from Angie's List. I highly recommend JJ's Window Service.

Called, got an "estimate" over the phone and an appointment to get a real cost of replacement of a large window that had a broken seal and started to fog. The estimator came out when expected, provided a written bid for the work. After ordering the window, it was ready to be installed in only a few days. The installers also came out exactly when expected and replaced the old window with the new one without any issue. Nice work on this.

They scheduled the repair 3 times and didn't show. When they finally came, the work was well done.

Very courteous and responsive on the phone. Prompt arrival by estimator. We did not know the window was under warranty and that we had originally had it replaced by JJ's Window Service. The estimator informed us it was a free replacement and we had a new window within just a few days.

I had a very good experience with them. They gave me a very nice Angie's List discount, they replaced about 25 pieces of glass, and they gave me a 10% discount. They put in in new screens and energy efficient windows and my house is very cool. They guys were very nice, and they worked very hard in very hot heat.
