A bit slow on the start, but new owner purchased company and results were much improved. We were kept updated throughout the entire project. Paul D. , the owner was very friendly and professional with a great attitude. He addressed all our concerns and corrected all problems, of which there were only a few minor ones, in a very timely manner. The staff from Window Expo that I had contact with were professional and courteous. They made sure they understood what I was asking or suggesting and forwarded to a person who could help. Although the project took longer than anticipated the results are outstanding. We have used this company in the past for new windows and now the sunroom and will use them in the future.

The company was professional and delivered on their promise from start to finish.

The owner of the company came out and reviewed the work performed and he say why I was concerned with the installation of the windows and doors. I told him that the crew rushed through the job and I was concerned that I would have to do a lot of maintenance to keep the windows in place and that the doors were not plumb. He first looked at the window installation and explained that the install was proper and not to worry about maintenance that if it required maintenance they would come out and perform what would be needed to keep the windows up to standard. He then say that the doors were no plumb and said he would have his supervisor come out and correct the doors. I soon received a call from his office wanting to make an appointment. They asked what would be the best time for me. I started Saturday would be best. They were more than happen to accommodate my schedule. Randy came out on a Saturday morning and worked on our three sets of French Doors. Randy spent over six hours working on the three sets and corrected all the problems with the doors. Again, it was reiterated that they will back the Labor and the Windows for as long as we own the house. His (Randy) and the Owner (Paul's) professionalism and work has changed my opinion of the company. I would recommend the company and the product to my family, friends and aquaintants .

I love, love, love my new windows. I can not believe that they have made such a major difference to my house but they have. They look great!!!! And even though it has been an extremely cold winter you would not know it at my house. And my gas bill has gong down quite a bit.

All the workers were on time and very professional. They all cleaned up everything before leaving. One of the workers even worked on the patio cover in the snow and sleet. Guarantee was excellent.

Excellent have used this company before. Great price, punctual, quality work, cleaned up when complete. Would use again and fell comfortable referring to family and friends.

Paul Dietzler, owner, arrived on time and personally surveyed and measured the project, and submitted a fair estimate for the job. Mike (installer) arrived on time and did a fabulous job! He went ABOVE and beyond to make sure my expectations were exceeded!

This is the second time i have used Windows Expo DFW, again i have gotten a high quality window. I like the fact that they are Texas based and the windows they use NT Windows are also Texas based. They are high quality and well made windows. The installers always do a great job removing the old windows and installing the new ones. A++++++ Well worth the cost. Two installations - 9 windows - Dual Glazed - Argon Filled - Solar Pro Windows. My bills have already gone done with the first 5 they installed so i only expect lower utility bills with these last 4 installed completing the project. THANKS>

The job was a disaster. The caulking looked like a 5 year old did it. They put a hole in the side of my house, damaged my shutters, left glass everywhere, and put holes in my dry wall. I sent them a detailed power point with pictures and what needed to be repaired. I never received a response to the e-mail. It took months for them to correct what they could. They agreed to take $2000 off the price for the damage they did to my property. Then never sent me anything in writing, warantee info, or even a bill. I applied for a year no interest financing but it expired b/c Window Expo never sent the PPW to the finance company. The windows are good quality and look good if you can get past the inch wide caulk bead. The owner threatened to take me to small claims court. I paid them b/c as a single mom, I didn't have time to deal with it. I had already had to take multiple days off work to have them come out to do the repairs. This was a very frustrating experience.

I had originally contracted with Statewide, but on the advice of a friend, sought out another estimate. Ron with Window Expo came out and gave me a quote that saved me around $3,000.00 and agreed to do a roof cutback. Statewide was more expensive and they would not do the roof cutback without an additional $1000 added to the quote of $11000. I felt no pressure from Ron to sign documents that night - unlike the Statewide sales person who pressured me into signing that night or else I would lose discounts. I got my own financing, so when my lender had the documents ready, Ron and I set up a time and date and got all the financing documents signed. The project took a bit longer that orignally anticipated by the installers, however, I was called if there was any delay. The installers were professional and I did not take any time off to watch them. It looks wonderful and we have enjoyed the extra room. We have gotten a lot of compliments from our neighbors and friends and I would and have recommended this company. I will definitely hire them again.

Sales person Arrived late. He called and said he was stuck in traffic. That was ok with me. When he arrived he was very short and did not bring any information or offer to show me any sample windows or products. He verified I was looking for windows and a new door. After jotting down notes in his note pad he gave me a price quote that was very low. He said they could upgrade me to tripple pane windows if I agreed to the deal at that moment and it was only good at that very moment. I wanted a couple days to think it over and to do some research and he kept pressuring me to agree to make the deal or what would it take for me to sign now. I told him I was not going to make a decision right now so If I don't get the special because of it then so be it. Well he closes up his note book and makes a B line out the door while muttering " Can't say that I didn't try" I was shocked! The whole appointment was only about 10 mins. until he stormed out. I was thinking of calling to complain but decided not to. It wasnt gonna do anything. Just found this List and it is Wonderful!!

I called Window Expo asking for a quote for five replacement windows. We agreed that they would come to my house at 1 p.m. on a Monday, for an appointment that would last a little over an hour. On Sunday night, they called me and asked to move up the appointment to 12:30 p.m. Monday; I agreed. I arrived home at exactly 12:30 p.m. on Monday, but no one from Window Expo showed up. At 12:50 p.m. I called their office and was told (very rudely) that their sales rep had been at my house at 12:30 and waited five minutes, but left because I wasn't there, which was false. They also said that their sales rep was already at another sales call. This makes me think that they double booked their appointments and then decided to skip my house since (how could he already be at another appointment 20 minutes later, when my appointment was supposed to last over an hour?). I told them that I had another appointment at 3 p.m. but that I was happy to meet with their sales rep if he could get by before then. Their sales rep later called and said that he would try to finish his other appointment in time to meet with me before 3 p.m., but I never heard from him again, and I haven't heard from them since (now four days later). Bottom line - I will never use Window Expo. If they are this unreliable for a sales appointment, how unreliable would they be in installing windows, or if some sort of problem were to arise? Also, their staff was very rude about their failing to be at my house at the correct time; rather than try to find a solution, they argued with me.

Owner did respond to the continual problems, but it took 2 months to complete and even then we do not feel satisfied. They had to completely redo the first installation because it was so shoddy.
