There was a little miscommunication in the beginning but upper management was able to resolve it. The project was finally completed and we are delighted with the shower/bathtub upgrade in our guest bathroom. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Terrible Customer Service. Never again!

Eddie and Ben did a great job today for my parents (Dallas area). They arrived super early, replaced a broken glass door in less than an hour, in 90+ degree heat, and were perfect gentlemen. This is a great company and a great product -- I highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with the outstanding job Marcos, Victor, and Wesley did on our bathroom shower remodel! From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were top-notch. They transformed our outdated shower into a stunning, modern oasis that exceeds our expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they completed the project on time and within budget. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Expo Home Improvement, especially Marcos, Victor, and Wesley, for any remodeling needs. 10 stars all the way!

Not happy: 1. Salesman, Daniel, gave us only one day to honor the price. 2. Salesman told us we had mold in the bathroom and we didn't. 3. Salesman told me the material to be used was different than the sample he had with him but the walls installed looked exactly as cheap as the sample. 4. Sales person told me I was going to have a group of experts doing the installation. The installation was done quickly and they did a good job. One of the persons doing the installation seemed to have good experience doing this, the 2nd one was following instructions, and the 3rd one was a 16 year old boy. I am all for teaching the young to work but that is not what I paid for. 5. I did not like the product, it looks like plastic. It is an upgrade from the fiber glass bath tub I had. If you are planning to buy this product, look at a shower in person before making this expensive decision. 6. Salesman says you won't need to clean the shower often, you do need to clean it at least once a week.

Hired them to install a walk-in shower in my father's house since it was too difficult for him to walk into a shower/tub combination. They did an excellent job and all within one day!

The time came to remodel my shower/tub area. After months of resourcing and pricing, I was ready. So, I called Expo Home Improvement. I am truly thankful I called for their services. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it was a delight to work with them. They offered me a very reasonable quote and the look my wife and I wanted., From sales, service/support to the installation crew, it was a wonderful experience, and the end result and warranty exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this faith-based company.

Service was excellent and the product was amazing. A nice group of people to work with.

Really smooth from start to finish. Someone came out to talk about our needs and show us their options with very helpful descriptions and explanations. They helped us with the options, color choices and customizations. Once everything was agreed we picked a mutually workable start date. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. They moved any furniture and curtains that needed to be moved, protected any surfaces that needed it and worked very efficiently. The did all the front windows on the first day and all the back windows on the second day. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Each of the workers that were here were very friendly and polite. We immediately noticed a drop in our electric bill (we don't have gas heating) with the improved insulation from the windows and they look great. We wouldn't change anything.

We could not be happier. We are a repeat customer as we had all the windows on the back side of our home replaced 1st. We had double hung picture windows with one window being a commercial size. Fantastic job from the bid to final inspection! The precision measuring of this group is amazing. All the windows were perfect and snug and high quality. The coordinator kept us updated every step of the way. They were flexible and professional and the quality of work was absolutely amazing. 2 months later we returned to Window Expo and had the front of our house completed. In the front we had double hung with simulated grids and LOVE them. We had a different team, but again, outstanding quality and precision. These were 2 large projects and both were flawless. No issues!! Both times both teams finished in the time they planned and did an amazing job. We love our new windows and we HIGHLY recommend Window Expo for anyone!

From the moment we received our quote, until the final window went in, we loved our service! This company keeps you informed and communicates each detail from start to finish. Being in our 40s we had never experienced purchasing windows. We had no idea where to start. We had no idea how to budget for them. We did as much research as we could and then had Expo Home Improvement come out to discuss our home. The house is almost 20 years old and we had a broken window and some that were not functioning safely. I was absolutely blown away at how patient and educational this company was with us. This was not a high pressured sales call. They did not over sell us. They truly wanted us to have exactly what was needed for our home. We kept trying to find the angle or reason - one never produced itself. They truly were exactly as they presented themselves. We purchased 42 windows. They met every deadline, kept us informed of where we were in production and install was just as impressive. They cared. They truly cared about their craftsmanship and our home. Every employee we came in contact with had a take ownership attitude. We felt like we were their most important client and they were appreciative. I LOVE my windows. They have lived up to what they showed us in the initial presentation/discussion. They are high quality. They have blocked the Texas heat and zero drafts! Our energy bills reflect the windows! We have used the warranty for 1 window and 1 screen - once again - just as was presented to us and seamless and easy! Even for warranty work - they took ownership, kept us informed and delivered. I dont work there. I am not paid to give this review. I am just a happy client. I would recommend this company to my most discerning friend. I hope you will give them your business!

We love our windows! With the builder installed windows, we had ice inside the windows when winter would roll around. These new windows are great to keep out the cold and the summer heat. Our shower replacement is gorgeous. The company installed a product that keeps away mildew (since there are no grout lines).

Loved everything about this company from the Sales Rep that came out to the people in the office with the follow ups down to the last day when the 2 outstanding gentlemen came out and installed our new bath! The entire team was amazing hands down!! Would definitely recommend them as well as use them again!!

Eddie Cox came out and fixed us up quickly. Eddie was on the crew that did the remodel about 5 years ago. We had the hot tub removed and nice large shower put in its place. The old shower became a linen closet. Oh yes a new vanity with useful storage was put in. We love the bathroom! The service after the install has been Super!

The guy giving the quote was perfectly nice we just didn't need this level of window. But what gets them 1 star is the outrageous company policy of not dealing with wives. Wouldn't speak to me without my husband present (they even tell you it's REQUIRED), then looked up the house online to make sure the man I mentioned was really my husband and homeowner. I'm 100% responsible for the remodel and they went so far as to text me LOOKING FOR MY HUSBAND instead of talking with me. What century is this place stuck in?

Called to have someone come out to give me an estimate on a bathroom remodel. Had to repeat my information several times, because call-taker kept forgetting information. Asked me several questions about whether I was the homeowner (I am female), and whether I was the sole homeowner. I am. It was explained to me that anyone else that lived in the home or was also responsible for making decisions (i.e. a husband) would have to be present when they came out the give me an estimate. I explained that I am the sole decision-maker and made the appointment. (My ex-husband- who has never lived in the home, owns his own home, does not make any decisions about the home, and has not paid anything related to the home currently on the deed as well, at least until the deed transfer that is in process goes through). 15-20 minutes after that phone call, the call-taker called me back and said they ran my information and found my name and my ex-husband’s name on the deed. I was told that they could not send anyone out to provide me an estimate if my ex-husband was not present at the meeting. I explained my situation as described above and offered to have him submit something to them saying he had no interest in the home or the remodel, but was again told that he would need to be there when they came out. I ultimately canceled the appointment and will not do business with them in the future. However, the next day they called me to get more information about the project and were unaware that I had canceled it, or what had transpired the day before. So… I wonder, if I was a man… would they have 1.) asked if I was the homeowner and able to make decisions about the house and 2.) Would they have run my address after the call to verify ownership and then gone through the trouble to call me back and 3.) insist that my wife (or ex-wife) be present when they came to provide the estimate? What if I were married and my spouse was unavailable to meet with them? What if my spouse was out of the country working or deployed oversees? I understand the caution in not doing work on a home for someone who is not authorized to have work done, but this was just an appointment for an estimate and it was not handled well at all….

The work on this project went excellent customer service is excellent and the bathroom was a beautiful makeover

When booking the appointment, I was asked if my husband would be there. When I told them "no", I was told that they really wanted all parties there to answer everyone's questions. (I know more about construction than my husband.)(They earlier put me on hold and verified the names on the property because they named my husband specifically) I then told them that wasn't necessary and that I handle all of the maintenance for the home. Then I was told that if I was intending to finance the purchase that my husband (the other party) needed to be there. I then asked "Are you telling me that I can't make a purchase by myself, that I need the man in this relationship to do it?" At that point the operator mumbled "We really need him there...". I told her that if they didn't want to deal with me then they didn't need my business. I hung up. I am shocked that a company would imply that the person making an appointment was not capable of making a purchase alone. It is also presumptuous of them to think that I would even except their bid.

I called this company to come out and give me a quote for couple windows damaged by hail storm. The person on the phone was very helpful. However, I was asked to have my spouse present at home too. I was also asked to set a side 60-90 minutes. I told them I am not interested in sales pitch and simply needed an estimate for two new windows, but they could not send anyone out.
