Perfectly. They were able to provide me with with a custom window and three regular windows and were at my house on time and explained how to operate the windows.

They explained the benefits of their windows in great depth, the price was very competitive with other bids we had gotten, the installation was quick and professional, and they look better than I had anticipated. Time will tell whether they help with our heating and A/C bills, but we anticipate complete satisfaction.

We were supposed to have them out for a price quote at 12pm. This appointment was made 3 days before. They did not show up during their appointment time they set with me. When I called to ask where they were they said they cancelled my appointment because I didn’t confirm with them on their attempts to call. They said they called 3 times yesterday. Going through my voicemail and calls from yesterday I did not have any missed calls from from them, no voicemails, and no texts like they said they did. They are not willing to reschedule and send someone out today for their mistake. Unprofessional.

They gave me a fair price for an excellent product.

Removed jacuzzi tub and existing shower plumed all new drain and water to other side of bathroom, finished out all walls, tile, and painting. Now have a roll in area for my handicapped scooter, huge shower area with various grab bars, multiple benches, three shower heads. New short wall with glass divider to stop overspray. Also widened additional doorways to accommodate handicapped scooter. Designing, planning, financing, personnel construction individuals and all communication and follow up were A+ Expensive - but you get what you pay for and at this stage in life i don’t want to cut corners and have any issues in the future with work that was performed.

I had BathExpo come out to give me a quote to remodel the shower in my Master Bathroom. The setting of the appointment was fine. The sales guy called ahead of time and was there at the scheduled time. Everything went well until the end when we got to the pricing. They quoted me three prices. First was 17K which is the price that is good for a year. Then they quoted $12K which is the price that is good if I signed a contract right then and there. The third was the price if I waited a day that was good through the end of the month, which was $14.5K. Then the sales guy says no pressure. Telling people the price goes up by $2.5K if they don't sign a contract on the spot, is the exact opposite of pressure. I don't like companies that put high pressure on people. I feel like there are way better ways of doing business so they just lost my business and my trust.

Everything went great. From the initial sales visit to installation was about 4 weeks. Price was very reasonable with no interest financing options available. Everyone from start to finish was professional and courteous.

We did not go forward with the project at this time, but contractors who visited our home were helpful, punctual, and answered all of our questions about the project thoroughly. We will keep in mind for future projects.

They were extremely professional and left a clean workspace at the end of each day.

The materials were the highest quality. The workers were very nice.

The workers were polite but since I had to leave them to do the work while I went to work, they turned on the AC and ceiling fans that were not turned on when I left. They were running hard when I returned home. Minor detail but overall I was satisfied with the service. When I mentioned their using the AC and fans to the office, they offered to pay for any additional electricity charges incurred. I did not take them up on it because I didn't have the time to go through my electric bill and find out how much it was. But, it was nice of them to offer! The company wants to do a good job. I especially appreciated the $50 check received for referring some friends who received the Windows Expo rep for a demonstration. Even though my friends ended up going with another company, WE still sent me the check! Nice!

Was unable to accept offer but it was very reasonable. Consultant Richard Yarnell extremely helpful. Will ask for him when I am able to make order.

We did some bathroom remodeling before we were on Angie's List.? They were here May of 2015.? It was around $9000.? They could clean up after themselves a little bit, you know they promised custom service and left a pretty good mess around, that was frustrating.? The workers were okay.?

Recommended by a friend and checked on Angie's list for good reputation. Both estimation and installation went very smoothly. The original price was pretty high. Mr. Chris helped to talk with his boss and gave me a lot of discount. The installation was done by Mr. Franky, very nice guy. The whole process was coordinated by Ms. Gabriella very professionally. A very dependable company to work with and highly recommended.

Their installer professionally removed our old sunroom and did a great job. He then very professionally from the ground up built a modern very well designed and engineered sunroom. All parts were of the highest quality and design. All frame parts had thermal break and should never have any condensation on the inside. Their installer, Mike, was very professional and did a great quality job. Everything he did was very good quality. Window Expo did a great job.

Very smooth installation and clean up.....

Came to house and gave estimate on converting tub/shower to shower. Very pricey. Did not even go to bathroom to look at existing tub. Said he did not need to. How can you give an estimate without looking at proposed area. Gave estimate to my wife and said he would return. She told him we were just looking now but he was determined to return and relay estimate to me. I called [Name Redacted] and told them we have the estimate and there was no need for rep to come back to house. Will not use again.

Window Expo provided excellent service from the very beginning. Sales Consultant, Mark Sobey, met with me in my home & provided an initial estimate for only 4 windows that were leaking. I had aluminum framed windows installed when the town home was built in 1996. The windows had a lot of condensation & one of the window frames had a leak. After he provided me with an excellent estimate for the 4, I asked how much for all 24. The quality of the windows and the cost were so good, I just decided to get all of them done. I also had an old door which had a significant leak due to frame problems (this too was installed when town home was built in 1996). Mark told me about their doors & I decided to add that to the work order as well. They arrived on time to install on 1/22/16. It took them the exact amount of time they estimated to complete the work - 3 days. They arrived on time & worked consistently each day for at least 9 hours. They left my home clean & undamaged. They returned on 2/10/16 to finish the installation of a custom window that took a little longer to be made. My town home windows were special orders due to their large size. The installation was also difficult due to my town home having 3 stories. But they did an excellent job. I highly recommend Window Expo for any of your window & door needs.

[Name Redacted] came out on 7/20/15 to demo the shower. returned 9/14 thru 18, 2015. Couldn't finish because wrong size shower pan was ordered. Had to reorder shower pan 2 additional times before shower finally installed. Workers were at our house 10/1 & 10/2, 10/9, 11/10 and finally finished project on 11/17/15. Pleased with work done.
