Shout out to Ricardo, Jesus, Jose, Cal, and Juan who did the install on my hall bath. I had a lot of concerns since I recently had mold remediated in the bathroom. Ricardo answered all my questions, explained the material they were using, and how it would help resist future growth and protect my home. He even reached out after hours by phone when I texted him just to make sure I could have a voice to voice and prevent any misunderstandings. The entire team was friendly, professional, and I would highly recommend them as installers. ExpoHome as a company was easy to work with, followed up before and after on any concerns I might have had. There was a bit of miscommunication with what was assigned to the installers to install and what was in the contract, but before even starting they reviewed the installation with me and we were able to get it corrected before any problems came up. Expo Home Improvement just installed a Jacuzzi Texas Deluxe Shower system. We linked up with them via Costco. We are very happy with the work that Ricardo, Jesus, and Cal did. They laid down floor and furniture coverings to keep things clean. They were polite and respectful. Excellent communication throughout the process. Their work looks immaculate! I had my windows replaced in October 2023, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left my home spotless. The quality of the new Anlin windows is outstanding – they not only look great and modern but have significantly improved the insulation and noise reduction in my home. My next-door neighbor got the same ones! She is also extremely satisfied with the energy efficiency of these windows.
