Install means different things to different people. When the vendor said “They would install the new stove”, they meant, we will unplug the old one and plug in the new one. Problem was the old one was direct wired. There was no receptacle to unplug or plug in to. To make matters worse, a double oven was being removed, so that left the 220 wires exposed. I chose to have an electrician install the receptacle. Electricians of Dallas came out the same day, and within two hours installed two junction boxes and a new receptacle. Now the new stove works like a champ. The work was done right and looks good. Great job Electricians of Dallas.

I haven't had them do any work yet, so I can't provide insight about their quality of work. But they did come out to provide a quote when they said they would. The owner seemed very knowledgeable about the work that they were quoting me on.

I have had them out twice. I spent $208 the last time I used them. They were a little unorganized. When they came out the first time, they did not have the equipment that they needed. When they came out the next time, they realized that the equipment would not fit in my house. However, they did get the job done. I will not use them again in the future; I will use another company next time.

Vincent responded to my message within a couple hours and was able to come out for a quote within two days. The next Monday he and his journeyman were here on time (which is a BIG PLUS). They worked through out the day to finish the relocation of the panel. Which was no easy job since this house has had a couple of remodels (which if you ever had gone through you would know that means some complicated wiring!) Vince then returned the following morning to finish up the other items. In both cases he and his team were very respectful, cleaned up and responsive to all my questions. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone else.

The wiring was easy for them. The wiring was a real challenge, especially because the house was over 100 degrees. They did a great job and were remarkably clean. I would highly recommend them.

David arrived Tuesday and gave quote which I accepted. He was extremely cautious of having my help handling lamp. Explained minor drywall hole necessary to drop power to switch. David had to go to two places to find additional switch and bracket parts, none of which was charged to my time. Did beautiful job in dining room and kitchen with both jobs. Time ran way over but price never changed. I would recommend thic company for honesty, quality of work, and personable service to anyone.

It worked out great. They are really good and they are also professional. I was happy with the work they did. They were punctual and the price was great; generally my experience with electricians, their pricing is very high, but this company was good.

I am a retired Electrical Engineer (and a Registered Professional Engineer). I had no previous association with Electricians of Dallas LLC and I found their company on Angie's List. I fully understand and comprehend the task, the materials involved and the quality of workmanship. I gave my credentials and explained I was particular and would be able to evaluate their work. They didn't flinch. I was told I could stand and watch them if I wished. This sounds stern but was in fact it was a friendly exchange and clearly showed the confidence in their work. I did watch some of the work and could tell immediately that my oversight was not necessary. They approached the job in a very straight forward and professional manner and did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they quoted and in the time frame they cited. I learned the owner is a third generation electrician and I will use them again if the need arises.

Vince was a very personable fellow and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient about explaining things to me when we were talking through the project. He mentioned some phrases that were not familiar to me so he took the time to explain those to me. He seemed to be a very calm and orderly guy which was nice when we were dealing with electricity.

My goal was to fix some "do-it-yourself" work that the previous owner of my home had performed. Things like running an extension cord from a wall, through a hole in the ceiling and then to the garage door opener. I also wanted to add some lighting and GFCI receptacles to the garage as well. I first received a free estimate for how much the work would cost. I then called the next day to go over the estimate with them and to schedule when the work would be performed. Electrician, the same person who gave me the estimate arrived at my home around 1:00 for the work and finished around 7:30 or 8pm that evening. The bulk of the time required redoing several of the previous owner's shortcuts and making them right. Throughout the day I was able to check in with the Electrician and see how things were going and where he was in the process, I usually got a detailed description of what he was doing and what the issues he was encountering were. Overall, I would hire them again for future work.

They are professional and friendly. And they ask a fair price for major work.

I got an appointment the day after I called. The technician arrived an hour outside of the 2-4pm window, but I do understand work load and traffic can affect timing. He was a very nice, professional man (David) and as it turned out, we didn't actually have a problem ! I would use this company again due to their responsiveness and professionalism.

The job went pretty well. The electrician had to return and redo it, but it really wasn?t his fault. He didn?t have a lot of the information that I needed to make the right decision at the time. I was a little put off when he didn?t have that information available. I thought he would?ve known it as it was something pretty basic. All things considered they were a nice, reputable and fair service. They were responsive and corrected the problem. They did the job quite well. I liked the electrician and I also thought the price was fair. I would recommend them.

Vince arrived on time as scheduled. He was very understanding and did not make two women feel like idiots because we didn't figure this out on our own. My elderly mother has been so badly mistreated by previous repairmen and contractors, I joined Angie's List to prevent this kind of thing. Vince was very polite and I would feel safe having him come back when I am not home from work. He found the trouble in the fuse box and fixed it and even helped with re-labeling the switch. We hope to be able to have him re-do our antiquated electric connections in the future.

we had some lights that would not turn on, tony discovered ended up being a bad repair job done when we remodeled the house! There was some "j-box" that was bad, and he temporarily fixed it for a dinner party that we were having that evening, so we could have lights. I called for him to come back to fix it properly. Tony & Angel helped fix lighting and bulbs for the evening, and told us how much work we needed to do on the house, and were going to make us a priority list.

They were very prompt and punctual. When he arrived he thought he was there to troubleshoot and not to bid on some new work so that kind of set me off to begin with. Then the bid came in a little but higher than the two other bids we received. I just felt odd that he was unprepared.

The electrician made helpful recommendations. The work was completed promptly and I was satisfied with the work done. The price was fair. I would not hesitate to call this company for electrical work in the future.

After several companies didn't even return phone calls, Electricians of Dallas was available, helpful and professional. Great experience.

They do a thorough job with their evaluation before they come up with any quotes. They do an excellent job explaining everything that is going on. Based on the level of their hourly labor fee, I feel the price is great for the quality of work they provide. Also, based on the type of work, they offered me a reduced price on the materials needed for the job.

They were nice and polite. They came out three hours after I called. They were very prompt. I was a little disappointed with the price as all they had to do was flip a switch. They were only there about 15 minutes, but the price was the same.

They were able to explain in full detail what the cause of the problem was and continued with doing the work. I think they have affordable prices and I would recommend them to others for the good work that they did for me.
