Called provider to get a quote on replacing a floor electric outlet in the living room at the house I just sold. A technician was sent out to look at what needed to be done and research parts needed. I had to keep calling the technician to get an update and had to leave messages to get a call back. I finally was able to contact the technician and he promised to text me that day with an update and quote. Never heard back from him. I called the office and left a message for the original person I spoke to and scheduled the technician to come out, but never received a call back. I was able to locate someone that was able to complete the job in short order.

My home doesn't allow for hard wired detectors across stories. The smoke detectors are hard wired upstairs and downstairs but they had no way to communicate with each other. They were very creative and innovative. The technology is really new! They were really good. They also dropped some electrical lines upstairs. The price was expensive but it was worth it for the safety and security.

Since this was a bathroom remodel, they were free to cut and open as much dry wall as they needed. They were very neat and methodical at the installations. They actually removed less wall than expected. They also kept a very clean work place. Overall Tony and Angel did an awesome job and I would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

It went very well. We contacted the provider for a consultation and were advised that our electrical panel did not meet current building code requirements because of its proximity to a nearby permanent obstruction that we had had installed a few years ago. The obstruction prevented full access to the electrical panel. The provider gave us an estimated cost, which we accepted, and we scheduled the work for about a week following the consultation meeting. The providers arrived at the appointed time on the agreed date. They had advised that the work would require approximately one day to complete. They began work around 8:30 a.m. and completed the job at around 3:00 p.m. that day They were pleasant, neat and cleaned up following the installation. Their work was flawless and we are very satisfied with the job.

I was caught in a nightmare between the warranty company, the electrician, and hot tub company. That's when I hired Vince and he came out and did a wonderful job analyzing the problem that I had been dealing with since March of 2013 and it was still going on in July. His analysis was spot on and he was able supervise his workers in getting the job done. He made sure to stay about an hour or so to ensure that they were getting the work done correctly and he was very thourough in making sure the problem was solved. Vince was very pleasant to work with and very professional. He has earned a customer for life!

Everything worked out great. There was no additional cost. They installation was good. It was pretty simple. They were in and out pretty quick. They did what they were supposed to do. I had no problem scheduling it.

Provided quotes on a number of electrical projects I was considering, and I chose 3 to do at that time due to better pricing than another company. If I remember correctly they also completed a 4th project for me at no charge since they were there and perhaps the others went quickly. I did like this company and chose to have them come back in 2012 to inspect my home after a lightening strike. I recommend this electrical company.

Installation went well. But in storm in March 2013 lost my $2600 Pioneer Elite TV.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal ($1499) plus additional ground wire ($400).

Kevin was punctual and effectively identified root causes and clearly articulated possible solutions to issues impacting the tenant at the property. Unfortunately, the tenant disagreed with the solutions implemented and was very insulting to Kevin while he performed his duties. He not only corrected the immediate issues impacting the tenant, he anticipated potential gotchas with the City of Dallas and insured the inspection went as smoothly as possible. Kevin was professional at all times, even though the tenant was extremely hostile and combative throughout the process. Overall the work was top notch at a fair price and the professionalism was greatly appreciated by the owner and myself. I highly recommend the Electricians of Dallas and will be using them for future projects.

It went very well. Although only one seemed to be defective, due to the age of the detectors, I replaced all of them. Upon completion of the installation, the chirping continued. As it turned out, it was not the smoke detector alarm at all. It was a defective carbon monoxide detector in the same area as the alarm. Kind of a bummer to have to replace working detectors, but they were old and needed to be replaced. The technician arrived about when he had been promised and finished the work quickly. I would definitely use these guys again.

Owner came to site and looked at the job. Help figure how to get the system workable with my layout.

Work was scheduled for my best convenience, performed on time with quality products and workmanship. One small glitch occurred, but was quickly corrected. Job took about 6 hours to complete which was reasonable.

They were here when they said they were going to be here and did the job. I thought their pricing was fair. They cleaned up after the work was finished.

. I had an okay experience with them but you should be ware of them trying to up sell you. They should know that when you have somebody come out to work at your house, you already know what you want them to do and you don't need them to try and talk you into something else.

Did a great job. Wish he would have vacuumed afterwards but no big deal. We were not home when he finished so it is possible he looked and could not find our vacuum. Very professional and extremely nice.
