Description of Work: I called Betty and Jim came by the next day. I showed him the bolts I needed for my filter clamp but had been unable to find. 2 days later he came by and replaced them both while I was at work. As a repeat customer they did this at no charge. I have had nothing but great experiences with Betty and Jim. This was at least the 3rd or 4th time I have used Caribbean Blue and every time has been great.

Description of Work: I called with pool filtration motor failure on 7/4/07. Caribbean Blue came the next day and repaired the motor on the spot.
