Description of Work: My Magnolia shutter had 4 slats that were loose and needed repaired. Don came from the Rockwall location and told us what needed to be done and how to care for these shutters which are no longer in business. He removed 3 slats and took them to be fixed.Kept us informed on the progress. Brought the 3 back and installed them and fixed one that did not need to be removed. All in all, it was a great experience and we did not have to replace the shutters which would have cost approximately $1000.00.

Description of Work: We found Bloomin' Blinds through Angie's List. We emailed them thru their website with the service we were looking for, re-stringing and replacement slats for several sets of wood blinds. They called us back timely and scheduled a visit. We had to re-schedule once due to work, which they did graciously. They arrived at the re-scheduled time, talked thru our service needs, and took care of the re-stringing. They recommended against replacement slats as it would be more economical to replace those sets, which we appreciated. Their price was reasonable. All in all, very good service.

Description of Work: Repaired blinds with broken strings in living room. Finished in fifteen minutes and also instructed me on how to raise and lower blinds without |damaging them.

Description of Work: Installed custom wood plantation shutters in my two upstairs bedrooms to replace old mini blinds. Shutters were painted to match the painted woodwork in the rooms. Mini blinds & fabric valances were removed.

Description of Work: They repaired six sets of 2" faux wood blinds that had been damaged by dogs. I could not have been more happy with the work they did. Three of the blinds they fixed while I waited. The others needed extensive work and new parts. I would not use any other business for my blinds needs.

Description of Work: Had wood shutters installed in the living room, master bedroom, three other bedrooms, dining room, and game room. Also had roller shades installed on patio doors. It went very smoothly. They were a pleasure to work with and showed up punctually for all appointments. They installed my shutters on a Thursday and were able to do a rush order on roller shades when I ordered them that Monday so that they could be installed on the same day. I was very pleased with both the quality of work and customer service.

Description of Work: I have used Bloomin' Blinds for all the window treatments in my house, on three separate occassions. The service is exceptional. From the sales process, through to the final installation and even if you have an issue with something that was sold to you, this company will take care of you. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I was preparing to move and the cleaners broke my blinds. I needed them fixed immediately so I took them in to the shop and they fixed them in just a couple of hours. There was a minor mistake with one repair but they fixed that plus another needed repair (cleaners broke another one-argh!) for free when I came back in. I don't really remember the cost so don't take the number above too seriously. Whatever the actual cost was I thought it was reasonable at the time. I dealt with three people on the two occasions I used Bloomin Blinds and all were very nice and helpful and professional. When I put plantation shutters in the new place I'll definitely call them.
