The rep. was very professional, he came on the time provided, replaced rollers on two of the blinds which did not open and replaced the thread on one of the blinds which was worn off. He provided me with details of all their other services and left within 45 minutes from the start of the job.

Bloom'n Blinds came out the same week to provide the estimate and guidance on the types of blinds they have. He explained the entire process from ordering to installation and made me feel really comfortable. There pricing was right on par with other vendors but their service was superior. The blinds were promptly ordered and installed within 7-10 days. I was very pleased with their service and support as everything went according to plan. I would definitely hire them again.

Ever since I bought this house (20 yrs old) the very large plantation blinds in the front room would not open/close. It was too expensive to replace and I just dealt with it by opening and closing by hand. A week ago I called Bloomin Blinds and they were able to tell me what was the problem over the phone and scheduled a technician. Mike A. showed up on time. He fixed the problem and was on his way in less than 30 minutes. The cost was exactly what I was told over the phone, everyone was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable, and my blinds work!! I would most definitely use them again for any blind issues.

The service from measuring and getting an estimate, to color choices, to final install was excellent. I emailed with several questions before ordering the plantation shutters and received a quick response with lots of detail. Overall, it was a great experience.

He was punctual and professional. He replaced the rotator element of three blinds and for one blind, he replaced the torn thread that pulls the blinds up. The work was completed within half an hour and to our satisfaction.

I called and scheduled the visit out a week and the day of the visit the technician, Michael, called to ask if it would be OK if he came a bit earlier. Since I happened to be home that day I confirmed it was fine to arrive earlier the scheduled. We discussed the needs I had, examined a few other areas of the house where I had questions then went to work repairing the shade. He removed the shade from the window and took it to the Boomin' Blinds panel truck to replace the string. It took him about 15 minutes to replace the string and the entire job, from introductions to invoicing took 30 minutes or less. This company also sells blinds and so he also gave me a estimate on what blinds would cost in our dining room. One unique aspect to the service is that invoicing is done via an Apple iPad. Michael wrote up the invoice and had it email me while were sitting at the dining room table. No paperwork other than the check I wrote him. All in all the service was prompt, efficient and professional. I would recommend them.

It went very well. He was about 45 minutes earlier then the "window" of time that we were given. Luckily my husband was home from work that day otherwise he would have had to wait for me to get home from work. Sometimes being early can be just as troublesome as being late. We thought that they needed new clutch mechanisms and strings, but the tech said all that they needed was new strings. He was right, they are working perfectly now. He did a good job restringing the blinds! However we feel that the cost was high ($48 is understandable for the trip charge, but the remaining $87 was the charge for the actual work. Wow! $43 per string!). However it was still less then buying new blinds and I hated to throw these away when the only thing wrong with them was the strings. All in all we are satisfied and will use them again if we need blinds repaired.

I called on a Thursday and the young lady who answered the call was extremely helpful, tried to re-arrange things to get someone out that day. She apologized and asked if the next day was okay--wow, not an emergency clearly, I was already impressed with their efficiency. The technician who came out was named Chris, his mother is the company owner. He listened to my laundry list of window issues, quickly assessed the jobs and gave the best solution for each. He took each matter seriously and went above and beyond to give advice and estimates on repair/replacement. He was very professional and I felt comfortable with him in our home. Great work, I am already making a list of other things I would like to hire them back to do.

One of my "stringless" pleated shades stopped retracting. The company I purchased them from was no longer in business. I found Bloomin Blinds on the internet and gave them a call. They sent someone out that same week to see if the blind could be fixed onsite. It couldn't, so they took the blind with them to return to the manufacturer for repair. They brought the blind back sooner than they had promised. They even replaced the velcro on the headrail that I had used to attach a valance. They were polite, punctual and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

They are just terrific! It's a family-owned and operated company, which is important to me. They come out the same day you need them, if necessary! From start to finish, everyone is professional and can't do enough for you! They also go out of their way to save their customer's money.

I think it is a family owned business by a woman and her sons. One guy came out and took the measurement and the other guy installed the blinds. They brought samples and explained the quality of the different samples. They did not pressurize me to buy the expensive one. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. They did what they said they were going to do. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The installation was correct. There was a little bit of delay on the delivery and a mix up of orders.

I found them on line and liked their rating. They gave me tips on how to care for my blinds. They came out when they said they would. Called and asked to come out sooner but they did end up coming the day i asked them to. My blinds are working great.

Very professional and polite service. Worked quickly and offered suggestions on how to better care for other shades in the house. Completely satisfied with this service.
