If I could ve rated them an additional couple stars for customer service, I would have. The insulation install was done well, and made a noticeable difference in the house and efficiency. The crew accidentally disconnected a wire in the attic in the process, and the company was quick and gracious enough to be sure that everything was made right. That to me defines a good company. Perfection is great, but going above and beyond when an accident happens to be sure your work reflects your values as a company is what builds trust and loyalty. Would recommend them for sure. 👍

We have not been able to inspect the attic as of yet. We are waiting for it to cool down. I then hopefully can change all the rating to a 5. The crew we had were very professional and friendly. We could tell the difference in the home temperature a couple of days after. Then we installed a Nest Learning thermostat. We are hoping this will help with the electric bill to heat and cool and clear out all the dust that builds up.

They did finish the job correctly- but only after having to return twice

The workers were sloppy, and the company had to send other workers to clean up the mess and repair the mistakes of the first set. That means that I was tied up for several days while these keystone kops got their act together. I was also without heat for 4 days. Because of the carelessness, I now have to hire a company to test the air quality in my home.

All the prep work before starting the job really impressed me. My house was so clean after the old dirty insulation was removed! The workers put everything back or assembly everything that needed it. Very polite and nice. The best experience I have had with a construction company!

They did such a great job. We just recently bought this home and are new in Spring Valley. The price they gave me was the best out there for the quality of work that they put in. I wish I could remember their names but I didn't have time to write a review asap until today. We'll definitely keep in touch if we need one of their available services again in the future.

I have nothing but great words for this outstanding company. My story is lengthy but I hope those that might have some reservations about having this done will have the confidence to do it. I actually found this company on Google. I was having my HVAC system replaced because rodents had gotten into the attic space and chewed up the wiring. I knew that we had "critters" off and on, but we live in the country with a grove and always heard that this was normal. The original attic company never showed, I needed a company ASAP and Attic Construction returned my call immediately. I explained my problem and they came to the house the same day. Zach took pictures and showed me some of the problems that we could see and some that we couldn't. He was very professional and provided such excellent customer service that he put me at ease. He also took time to speak to the HVAC company and coordinated with them. The crew showed at the expected time and got right to work. Fidel, Miguel, Jesus, Anthony, and Alejandro all worked together with smiles and took pride in their work. No cell phones during work for these gents! They definitely exceeded my expectations. The job took longer than was expected but no one expressed any concern about that, even though it was a Friday evening. After the job was completed, Fidel showed me the before and after photos. What a difference! I can't believe the horrible filth that was living right above my head! Please if you need ANY attic construction or repair please consider this exceptional company. BTW, I have 6 dogs and 1 cat and none escaped. To me,that was as important as the fabulous job.

When the project was complete the techs took inspection photos. The pre-inspection photos were great. However, once I paid them, they sent me a photo that wasn't even my house. I called their customer service about this, and the rep said "the techs camera was just pointing that way". I contacted the guy who took the photos, and he sent all the correct photos. I think their customer service department needs some work.

Clear estimate. Ready to hire within the week after estimate. Job completed in timely manner. Great feedback and results emailed to me directly with before and after photos.

The work performed from start to finish was excellent. Mike Alba, the site supervisor, met with me on more than one occasion to reassure me of his and his company's commitment to resolving my rodent problem. All of the individual technicians who performed work for me were pleasant and professional. This also includes the administrative staff who set up follow up appointments and handled photo and billing e-mails. Overall, if needed in the future, I would rehire this company.

The estimate was an easy process and I was provided pictures with a thorough explanation of the install. The installation was professional and the administrative were extremely helpful in completing the transaction over the phone. Would definitely recommend.
