Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the team left a lot of insulation for us to clean up ourselves. Otherwise, the quote was fair, they got the job quickly and accept multiple payment methods, which was convenient.

The upfront explanation and advice were very honest and the work done was superb. The work was planned to be done in one day which they did including all the cleanup. I will recommend them to anyone needed insulation work in the attic.

Tech who showed up to do inspection was thorough. Climbed into small attic, took pictures and explained what their findings were. Other inspections (I had 2 more) just popped their heads into the entrance and too my word for what may need to be done. Scheduling with Attic Construction was simple. They showed up on time (early). They let me peak up their as they cleaned up old insulation and remove rodent droppings (biggest concern). They finished within the day as promised and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Our home was well protected from dings/damages as they wrapped corners of walls, stairs etc. We have noticed improvement from having only 3.5 inches of insulation to now nearly 14-15 inches. They recommended a "combo" of batt insulation (Around the entrance) and blown in for the rest of the area. This allows you to pop in there with out blown in insulation falling all over the place. They also recommended and performed rodent proofing/sealing. We were sent photos of both before and after their work. I would highly recommend this company.

There are some stains in the street that we thought were water where the truck parked. They haven't gone away. The attic access cover doesn't look great and needs some attention. Darren and the crew were very attentive and fast. Both addressed issues we had no ideas we had and showed pictures to verify. Still awaiting the final photos the crew promised. Great, fast service...

The sales Technician was excellent, very knowledgeable.

I wanted insulation blown in above the ceiling of my condo to lessen the noise from my neighbors above. Darren was very responsive and professional and knew exactly what I was looking for. The crew arrived on time, was very nice, and covered the house in plastic sheeting to protect everything from the incredible amount of dust created by drilling dozens of holes in the ceiling to shoot the insulation. Their subcontractor Robert arrived the next day to repair the holes and repaint the ceilings. He also was able to install can lights in my living room (separate job and quote from the job Attic Construction was doing). During installation of the lights, we discovered that some of the cavities that should have been filled by new insulation were not, due to a problem with the old insulation. One call to Darren and the insulation guys showed up early the next morning to take care of it. Robert the drywall guy and his helper Carlos did an amazing job repairing all the holes, you can't even tell that my ceiling looked like swiss cheese at one point. The reduction in sound coming from upstairs is noticeable due to the new insulation and I love my new lights. Be aware though that a job like this is incredibly messy and dusty but Attic Construction OC made it as easy as possible.

This review is for the Irvine District Office. Stephen S, General Manager came to our home and made an inspection of our attic. I was quoted higher than average price and expected the high quality crew to do the attic insulation removal/clean up/air duct installation/blown-in insulation. I was disappointed with the carelessness of the three crew members that were sent to our house. These are the reasons why: 1) The plastic protective film kept falling from the walls/doors. I could clearly see that more adhesive tape was placed on plastic rather than to the wall. I was told it is the tape. (insulation dust getting into the home) 2) Our carbon monoxide alarm kept beeping because while they vacuumed the old insulation the generator used was placed too close to our garage entrance and gas fumes were getting into the house. I called Stephen to call them and correct the position of the generator. 3) Accidents occur when a crew member stapled his finger and stepped through our ceiling creating a 24x48 opening which was eventually repaired by our well-known drywall professional. I did not want to wait until Stephen found one to correct the poor work his crew member did. 4) This crew member that attempted to do the drywall repair did it incorrectly and delayed the completion by two weeks. (I hoped to attach some photos.) The good thing is that Mr. Stephen S, GM was kind enough to discount $500 for the inconvenience and paid our drywall professionals invoice. Overall our attic appears to be well insulated and air ducts seem to be working.

We asked for a quote from Triton Air and they said they couldn't do the work because the attic space is too tight. Attic Construction said they could do it and gave us a very competitive quote; and they included a team member who was able to fit nicely into our tiny attic space. She was awesome!!!

They are honest & a respectable company. They treated my home as they would with one of their family members. They cleaned up everything & orderly before leaving the job site,too!

Stephan and his team were professional, on time, priced fair, protected the house well, and the removal of old/install of new attic insulation went very smooth. I requested they spread the work over 2 days in order to have electrical done in between, and they were able to accommodate that request. The electrician commented that they did a good job not disturbing existing electrical during the removal of old insulation. The result of the new insulation is a much more comfortable and efficient home. All in all, I would hire again, great job.

Stephane was very easy to work with and was timely, and he and his staff were very clean. Great job!

They started the job as scheduled on a Monday and then told us they would not return till Thursday due to Yom Kippur. That was fine except their scheduling manager called early Wednesday morning left a mess. To call him back. I did and was told they had a crew that could have come out that morning to work(it was Yum Kippur). I told them we made other plans when they first postponed us. Then they work till 7:30 p.m. not finishing as planned as only 1 person showed for that day telling me they fired 2 guys for being late again. Then we are told they will not be back till Monday as they were booked elsewhere for Friday. I had them get the supervisor on the phone and told him that was not acceptable until he relented to contact his boss. The 2 man team returned Friday and completed the duct work and blown in insulation by 7:00p.m. They do have a very nice painter that comes out to do all the repairs to the walls the following week. Since then, I have found 2 vents that are not rodent sealed as promised, and the attic landing areas with batting was just blown in. The company makes promises and you have to be watchful of the work to be sure you get what was contracted.
