From beginning to end I was treated with total professionalism. There was no hidden cost or pressure to up sale. They were on time, courteous, hard working and did a spectacular job cleaning our carpets. I will definitely use them again!

They showed up on time, worked quickly, did a great job and were very professional. They had to work extra h****** one of the stains but managed to get it out completely. I did rate them a little high on price because I was only looking for spot treatments of a couple of stains and two high traffic areas. They have a minimum charge for cleaning three rooms but I was in a hurry and the another company I called couldn't get to me for another week. A-ABC was able to get me the same day that I called.

After studying the reviews on Angie's List, contacted A-ABC Chem Dry to set up an appointment. Two young men arrived on time, and immediately went to work. Both were very professional. They offered additional services (upsale) which we took advantage of (extra protection to assist in cleaning) for a nominal extra amount. Initially the cost seemed a tad high based a prior carpet cleaning company we used a few years ago; however, the extra cost was well spent and worth every penny. These guys did a fantastic job. We certainly would recommend them. Oh, and they did give us credit for the Angie's List coupon ($20). When they were done the carpet looked new.

Two, young, very professional men arrived to clean our carpets. Both were energetic and explained everything. They pitched some added services which I declined and never was there any pressure to reconsider. They went to work right away and finished the job in a timely manner. They even moved a t.v. stand and cleaned behind it as an after-thought on my part. These two guys made the chore of getting carpets clean a real positive part of my day. I definitely will be calling A-ABC Carpets again!

I was impressed with the speed and efficiency with which they worked, and also with how courteous they were. I had three rooms, a hall and a partial area of a fourth room.

Their quote was pretty expensive compared to a few others. There were a couple of really bad things about them. I had to call them a couple of times to get them to call back. I think that may have been because they are a franchise rather than a smaller company. Their pricing was a bit confusing and complicated. I remember that they were pricey. I didn't go through with them.

Showed up on time. Workers were very cordial and professional. Although they tried to sell me additional treatments/services, they responded to "no" well.

I was scheduled by Dave for a carpet cleaning and given a window of service for 12noon to 2pm. Dave quoted me a price of $199.99 and with tax $213.09. Saturday, I waited until 1:45pm and knowone had showed, so I called got a answering machine left a message. Around 30 minutes later Dave calls me back, saying he's sorry for the error. Dave goes on to ask me about rescheduling and offering a discount. This time he quotes me $232.00. Yes, the prices went up. After listening to Dave excuses and him raising their pricing. I cancelled... Very unorganized and can't decide on prices for services. Dave sales pitch is their owned by Home Depot...

I spent about $200 on that service. They did a great job and I did not have any complaints. They were on time. I thought that their pricing was in line with everyone else, so I thought that they were fine. The staff friendliness was great. They were also very informative and the outcome of the work was that the couches are clean.

Set up an appointment and was given a time frame when they would arrive. When they arrived they introduce themselves and went over what I wanted done. At this time I requested that another room be added and they worked with me on this. They moved the furniture prep and cleaned the carpet in approximately 1.30 hrs.

They are really nice and do a really good job! The owner is a really nice guy and he always remembers us. They clean area rugs which is unusual for a carpet cleaning company. They services are not wet, so they can clean rugs. If I mention a rug over the phone he knows exactly which one I am talking about. They are just great! The stuff they use doesn't smell bad, and you can use the room or rug almost immediately after they clean and there is no offensive odor.

Called, got a quote and made an appointment for the same day. They were on-time and did a good job. Very professional and polite, no mess, no fuss, got the job done.

My experience was very positive. They did a good job and removed the stains. I am a coin collector and I had an expensive coin on display. It disappeared about the time they were here. I don't have anyway of knowing it was them.

I really liked the fact that our carpets were not left soaking wet. They were very easy to work with and provide a contract package where they will come back and do cleaning and touch-ups at no extra charge.

I called A-ABC and they were very friendly when they answered the phone. The customer service rep. informed me they had a crew in the neighborhood and had an opening the same day. Because they wanted to keep them in the area, she said she was giving me a "discount" of $20.00 off the regular price of $149.95. I scheduled the appointment and they arrived during the window of time they had set. The technicians were very friendly and courteous. They went right to work and pre-treated the carpet with carbonated water and also pre-treated a couple of spots. The carpet looks beautiful after they finished, and looks just like it did when we had it put down 2 years ago. After they finished, I was asked if I wanted it scotch-guarded. That was an additional $20.00, but was told it would help repel the dirt and keep it from getting dirt so quickly. I opted for the scotch-guard, as I felt the price was kinda high,and didn't want them to have to come out again very soon.

They did a very good job cleaning the carpet and they said they could get an ink stain out and they did not! The stain does not even look better than what it did before. This company was the most expensive one I called but I went with them because they originally told me that they could get the stain out.

I pointed out the tea stains on the stairs. They talked me into a stain guard treatment on the stairs -- an extra $19.95. When they finished, I looked at the stairs and said the stains were still there. Meanwhile, the stairs now are "protected," but what does it matter, it they look dirty. I think the cleaners should have told me the stains aren't coming out before they put the protector on it. When the stairs dried -- which took more than eight hours, not only were the tea stains there, but the stairs looked as dirty as before they cleaned. I called the company and another representative came out. He tried getting the stains out, without success. But here's what angered me: He said there was another procedure, but it worked only about half the time. Plus, it was expensive and I would have to pay for it regardless of whether it worked. I pointed out that I wish I hadn't bought the protector. The other dirt, he said, was wear. I think I wasted $167.63.

The cleaners were on time, efficient and conscientious. Excellent work, including pet treatment. We will definitely use their services again.

Anne, the lady who answers their phones, is very nice, cheerful, and professional. She was able to schedule me at my convenience. She called the day before to confirm and they called me when they were on their way. My carpets are white and were pretty filthy. In my daughter's room there were huge stains in several places. They worked very hard to get the stains out and did a great job! The carpets were actually cleaner than when I moved in. I especially liked that they got the edges clean at the baseboards.

I have used them a few times now. They show up on time, get the rugs clean, and the rugs stay clean. They use no detergents, so dirt is not attracted back.

I called this company to get a quote on their work and when I called them back to make an appointment they gave me a different price. When I told them what I was quoted the first time they immediately honored the first quote. When they came they were on time and very professional. They got all of the stains out of the carpet and they did not push to get me to buy a more expensive package.
