Only downside was I had to wait longer than I wanted as it was difficult to schedule an appt. since their last appointment time during weekdays were earlier than I can get home form work, and Saturday appts were booked for several weeks out.

+ -1 moreMy furniture had been in storage for over a year, and my couch and chairs needed cleaning badly. They are off-white, but had accumulated so much dust they had changed color. A-ABC Chem-Dry did a great job in restoring them back to their original color with a fresh, clean smell. They were on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: The staff who performed the carpet cleaning were prompt, courteous and very helpful. They did an excellent job, They were quick and neat. Carpets looked great and dried quickly. They did do a little upselling on additional products. I bought spot cleaner and some granite sealer. I used the carpet spot cleaner and it worked very well. Haven't tried the granite sealer yet. I would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreThe original quote (by phone) was $222 (minus $20 Angie's List coupon), but when they showed up, they tried to upsell my mom (who was there to meet them) with a bunch of extra charges for pet deodorization, stain removal, deep cleaning, etc. To the tune of over $100 more. We said no -- just stick with the original quote. The carpets were clean when they left, but stains have since reappeared. Perhaps if we'd paid extra for the stain removal, we'd have better results. But we'd also be out over $300.

Description of Work: The two service people arrived on time and examined the carpet for stains and gave me their opinion of the overall results after the cleaning. We have a dog and children that caused stains and spots all over the place. I was concern about the products they would use for cleaning. My carpet is seven years old and I have used the same company for cleaning since I have been in the house. However, after their cleaning the carpet would return to spots been seen and a muddy look after a few days of the service. This did not happen with the a-abc ChemDry service. I was surprise my carpet look new and stains were gone!! The price was reasonable and the service great. I plan on having them back to clean other room in the house.

+ -1 moreMark is so professional and so good at his job. He takes time, looks for spots, pre-treats every spot and works efficiently. He did not rush, but worked with the attitude of wanting the carpet to truly be as clean and spotless as possible, and it was. I couldn't be happier. I would always use this company and would now request Mark, in particular. I had used them in the past, but they have even gotten better now. He cleaned six large rooms.

Description of Work: They came out and gave an estimate and I schedueled the next day for it to be done the following week. They were on time and got right to work. They were here a couple of days before Christmas because I wanted to have it done on the first day I was off for Christmas and before my family came to celebrate. They were very thorough and completed the quickly. It was quite a surprise with this being the first time to have a professional carpet cleaner clean my carpets and I was surprised with the options and the cost. I had several quotes prior to this and discussed the process. They all were more and were going to leave my carpets wet for way too long. I have 2 boys and a dog and I couldn't have carpets we for too long. They were able to get the high traffic areas clean and looking really good. They also managed to get some stains that my boys created by "sneaking" food up to their playroom.

When they came across a stain, or in my case, a tear on the side of the sofa, they informed me of the problem before proceeding. They cleaned up after themselves and wiped the floor clean prior to leaving. I would definitely call this company again and will refer them to friends.
Description of Work: We had our large sectional sofa and bound rug cleaned. The sectional sofa is about 7 years old and has never been professionally cleaned before. The rug was about 2 years old and is in very good condition, but could use a little cleaning.
