Description of Work: The gentlemen who showed up to clean our carpets in the Living, Dining, hallways, and bedrooms were very professional. They looked the job over and asked us questions about stains, etc. They moved many pieces of furniture with the exception of the beds. They took their time and asked us many several times if the job was progressing as we desired. They were careful.

Description of Work: I called and requested an estimate for cleaning carpet, tile, and garage areas. The company was very responsive and gave me pricing on each area/service. They came out the same day I called ---which I think was excellent. Carpet cleaning is the most economical and they give excellent pricing. Tile work and garage cleaning are a little more expensive depending on what you want done. The initial contact person on the phone was excellent; he explained the process from start to finish. The specialists that came out were extremely professional and courteous (Bryan and Zach). Absolutely punctual!!! I wasn’t waiting forever for them to arrive; they gave me a 30-45 minute call window telling me they were on their way. They explained everything they were going to do. They didn’t take long breaks (drank water only—it was very hot) and were very detailed oriented concerning the job they were doing. Overall they did an absolutely excellent job on all areas—they even moved a piece of furniture and some trash the previous owners left behind without complaining or hesitation. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had already had our carpets cleaned by another company, who interestingly enough is also rated "A" on Angie's list. Not only did they clean them once, but twice, because the work wasn't done well the first time. My broker lined them up for me as we just bought the home for a rental investment. After two tries the carpets looked better, but there're were still a couple of heavy traffic areas that still looked worn and a little dirty. So my experiment...which cost me $142 to have A-abc Chem-dry come out , was a resounding succes. We had them do 3 rooms as it wasn't much more than doing just one room. The carpet looks terrific and about as close to new as I could dream of. We were thinking we would have to replace the carpet after this tenant, now I don't think so. I can literally see the different jobs side by side and there is no comparison. They have earned a new client and I will be calling them back next time. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Description of Work: The appointment was made about a week ahead of them coming due to my work schedule. They showed up on time and we walked around all my rooms to look for spots and stains. The workers, Jose and Robert were efficient and thorough. They did try to get me to buy extra products but took no as my answer without pushing any of the products. All the furniture that was moved was put back in place so everything was straight by the time they left. The carpet cleaning cost for 3 bedrooms, bath, hall and living/dining room was $182.80 with the Angie's coupon and the scotch guard was $101.40. I would definitely use them again.
