Description of Work: They called when they were on there way and showed up at the expected time. They corrected the problem and didn't do unneeded work. Very professional and communicated well the outcome of my air conditioning problems.

Description of Work: Installed a new heater and air conditioning unit. Also added some new ceiling vents and a second return air for better air circulation. Installation went very good. Placement of additional ceiling vents got changed due to limitations in the attic.

 + -1 moreThey were really nice. They were very friendly and didn't make a mess. They got back to us promptly. We didn't go with them because we didn't have the money. The quote included running new lines for the ducts and replacing everything. I am actually friends with the owner and we couldn't afford it at the time. We are saving up for it.
Description of Work: We got an estimate from Grizzle Heating & Air because our heating and air was not cooling down as much as it should be. They came to the conclusion that the unit was not big enough for the square footage of our house.

Description of Work: I needed help understanding the idiosyncracies of my wall furnace. They arrived on time, and were very knowledgeable about the old thing. BUT, I want an attic fan (whole house fan) and he wanted to convince me that I wanted to have central heat and air, and have air ducts put in my house. We parted on good terms, but I'm not getting central HVAC.

I did not get stressed out over this job what so ever & usually I do. Will not go with anyone else if it ever comes to heating & air again. Sometimes the good Lord knows you need help & put good people in your path & he did with this company here for us! Please if you live in this area give them a call they will do you right and be far with you! Not only is the boss great he has a great group of people working with and for him!!!!!!! Description of Work: My neighbor suggested I call this company and so I did. They set a time to come out and was there as promised. I had asked them to come out and find a leak an see if they could fix it. He new exactly what he was doing and in less then 10 min he was finished. He told me that he added a lb of R22 and then injected a dye into the system and would be back in 2 weeks to check for the leak. Adam was his name and he was very friendly and that there would be no service charge for the second visit. His invoice was very descriptive. All though I believe all prices are a little high, I would put his as fair.
