Very responsive and great customer service

These guys were awesome. I got a phone call the same day and they were out the next. Gave us a thorough explanation of what we needed done and pointed everything out to us so there were no surprises. They gave us a quote and started work on it two days later when we agreed. No hidden fees.

Excellent service and very professional and prompt.

My only disappointment is the cost. I did have an emergency and it was quite higher than I thought it was going to be however, they were prompt in returning my call, coming out to see me and even patching the problem in the rain.

Must have been a decent job on my garden room roof; did not leak this weekend during the Sat. hail storm..I would have been a lot happier if they would have left the bucket of leftover silicone that was left over from the job...feel I paid for it....?.....This review has been revised after talking to Chris...Chris you get back to Irving, bring the bucket of Silicone...lol

Honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable.

I generated a service request through Home Advisor, Craven was one of the contractors shown, and they actually reached out to me same day as request made. They said they could come that first day also, and once arrived performed roof repairs on the spot. Quality work done, showed both before and after pictures to confirm what was needed and what finished job looked like. I would use again as well as recommend.

Craven Roofing sent Cruz to my home to perform an inspection, provided a reasonable quote, and went far and beyond in performing an excellent job! We originally thought the roof problem would not require wood replacement but when Cruz began the job the wood was identified as rotted and needed replacement. He then informed me of the real issue and proceeded to fully replace the rotted wood. Others perhaps would have ignored this issue and covered over the true problem for the same amount of money but honesty and integrity is the route Cruz took! I am very happy with the results and HIGHLY recommend Craven Roofing and commend Cruz for his professionalization!

Fantastic contractor! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars overall was due a small issue with getting the estimate done. Understandable of course, but still had to take it into consideration.

Great guys, only reason they didnâ t get a 5 was because they forgot to come for the first appointment. But they were very nice and fixed my problem the day they showed up for an estimate. No problem recommending them.

They would've been out here as soon as possible but because of the rain that made a delay on the progress but the first sunny day he came out and finished it up!

Promptly responded to my request. Came out quickly to assess the project first, and gave expert advice on the right resolution. Then showed up the very next day to get my roof fixed ahead of the weekend rains. Nice people, too. Would recommend them to anyone.
