I bit pricier than so others but the quality was good

My roof needed to be replaced badly. I went out and got some quotes, including Craven Roofing & Construction. After Chris walked me through the entire process, from start to finish he was communicative the entire time. Multiple trips by him and his crew got the job done fast, neat, and done correctly. Craven Roofing & Construction got the roof and gutters back to where they needed to be.

I had him come out for a simple hole in my roof, and he noticed several things wrong. So he quoted me on shoring up the roof; replacing tabs, sealing the hole, and other stuff. Very nice guy, master at his craft, extremely knowledgeable. He also has other trade resources. If you need other stuff done, just ask, and he will be honest with ya. Hope to use him again in future projects.

The process of roof repair with Craven roofing was efficient and smooth. Communication was good.

I am an older gentleman and I feel I was taken advantage of. The job they did was way overpriced.

Had a leak in my roof. Gave them a call, and they came out that afternoon and found where the leak was and replaced it. In the process of fixing the leak, they checked the roof for other possible problems and repaired them. Can't say enough about them. Keep up the great work ð .

They came out to repair a leak in our roof, for which I paid a lot of money and more than I should have. When we had rain again a couple of months later, we still have the leak, with worsening damage to our ceilings. I called Cravens to come out again, which he did, but he did not offer to actually fix the leak that I had paid him for, and said he would send a quote to fix it again, but never sent the quote. Basically I wasted well over $1000 dollars to get nothing done, and we have ongoing damage.

Originally Craven Roofing & Construction did some minor repair work on our roof two years ago, and I was impressed with the quality of work and how reasonable the price was. Our roof was damaged by a hail storm earlier this year, and Chris Craven did a great job replacing our roof. There were no surprises. He did exactly what he said he would do.
