Description of Work: Evaluated HVAC system for ineffeciencies & diagnosed problems quickly, same day that I called ( that no one else could figure out in 5 years.) Honest, fair, knowledgeable and work is being performed tomorrow, new duct work throughout, 2 capacitors replaced. I am very impressed with this company!

Description of Work: Repair technicians are professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. We purchased our heat pump from them and they have come out to service it several times. We are happy to be a repeat customer and use their twice a year checkup program. The only negative is the office girl Shonda who is nice but doesn't really get much right and doesn't seem to really know what is going on or how to handle routine scheduling of appointments and general questions. Ever since she has taken over we have had confusion regarding scheduling and if they actually have our filter size in stock. We now buy our filters online. I would still recommend this company.
