Great job, great technician. Came out the same day I called and had us back up and running the same day.

Original wiring was kludged together making it difficult to properly install new smart thermostat. Traced wiring, rewired as necessary and installed thermostat in 20 minutes. Only charged for the service call.

Exceptionally well. Tony the technician was highly professional and quickly diagnosis the problem. The system now preforms flawlessly. Very highly recommended.

Woke up on Saturday morning and neither the air conditioner or the heat would turn on. You could here the "click" of the thermostat, but that was it. We left a message on Saturday with their LIVE answering service. A really professional and concerned man. I explained because of the temperate weather, we could wait till Monday when the weather was suppose to change. I received a call from the company at 7:45am. They put me on their morning call list, and, like clockwork, I was told 9;30 and great service repairman, named Tony, was ringing my bell at that time. He was very through and did an amazing job, even cutting the original estimate by $1000.00 after reviewing the entire system! What a gracious and knowledgeable man!

I have used these guys in the past with good results.i was having problems with my ac and wasn't confident it was living up to its cooling capacity so I got on there waiting list for them to come out and give me a thorough diagnostic.Instead what I received was a incompetent technichian who was already convinced I needed a new unit inside and out based on little more than me saying it wasn't cooling correctly.well after encouraging him to put the gauges on and checking it he told me that it showed my outside condenser needed to be cleaned,fair enough,yet no other checks were done like going inside and checking air temp at the vents,filters,duct leaks?so when I felt he wasn't willing to do much other than try to sell me a new unit and allow me to clarify I never said it didn't work I decided to pick his brain about a new unit,At least he was willing to talk about that,pretty pricey if you ask me,little did he know I already knew the prices of the parts and it was about 75% cheaper than what he was quoting.I'll never use them again for the simple reason they're just trying to sell you a bill of goods and pray on the unknowing or weary.

Went great! Our original unit went out on a Saturday morning in the middle of June 2013. Mike Graham had one of his guys out by the afternoon hooking up a temporary unit to get us through until we could figure out needed to be done. Once we decided to by a new unit inside and out, they deducted the cost of the visit on that first Saturday from the overall bill of our new unit. Everybody was very nice and very professional. Couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend.

I don't have time to go back and get the details you asked for, but know that both interactions that I have experienced with this company this year has delivered excellent service, fair pricing, and professional service.

Everything went fine. They were timely and courteous. They did what needed to be done. I thought that it was a fair price. I thought the price was a little bit high. I will continue to use them.

We needed an air conditioner replaced because the old one was useless and couldn't be replaced until the house was re-leveled. After finally getting the house re-leveled, we contacted Mike Graham Heating and A/C to get a quote. The crew showed at the appointed time we set and gave us a reasonable quote so we decided to have them do the install. A week later, we had brand new upgraded central heating and a/c unit working beautifully. In addition to the work done, we were told to contact them in a few weeks and they would come out and check for any leaks or other loose ends free of charge. They did the checks and everything is still working great! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating and/or a/c work. The are very prompt, courteous, professional, and offer reasonable prices. They do what they promise and I would definitely hire them again.

They first sent a guy out that said there was nothing wrong with our AC even though it was 100 degrees inside. I called the office and asked what what up with that and they sent another one out who said the other guy was new. He put something in the AC and it helped. Would not use as they are a hard sell. They try to get you to buy a new AC through them and then he told me I had a carbon monoxide leak so I better hurry up and get that new system before winter. What he did not know is that I have 2 carbon monoxide systems in my home. One was 6 feet from the unit.

They are good. They worked on 2 houses for us. I was happy with their service. When I called and talked to their secretary, Jennifer, she was very helpful. I told her about my problem and she said I will get him right on it and they were punctual. They were little high on price, but everything today is high.

I would highly recommend them. They are also local plumbers. I'm extremely happy with them. The quality of the technician is very important because these people were coming to the house. My wife and I were extremely comfortable with them. They were very personable, very knowledgeable and very professional. The quality of the work that they did was top-notch. I have no complaints. They explained everything as they went through the importance. We knew what they were doing and how they were doing it. Overall, it was an exceptionally good experience. The price was good for what they had to do. Their responsiveness was top-notch. Their punctuality and professionalism was excellent. I would recommend them to anybody.

We were concerned because of the size of the job and cost, coupled with and quot;strangersand quot; actually having to work in the house. We now that not all service providers are honest and fourthright and do at time use materials and equipment that is not the same as sold. We committed to the buy from Mike Graham more than a month before the work was to begin, comfortable that we had made the right choice. Two weeks before the start of the job, Mike Graham had a TV add of buy an AC system, get the furnace free. Now, we had already signed the contract for our job, but when I went to the shop, they had already worked-up the new estimate, and were happy to have done so. One week before the job, we received a call from Mike Graham's salesman, who stated the estimated price was again changing....for our benefit due to tax incentives they could garner for us, that we didn't even know about...Now our original estimate of a $14.5K job was down to $11.8K, a very significant reduction. The job started as promised. The salesman came by to verify the work was progressing, and within a week, we had a brand name new system completely installed. We included the insulation because our house is old, the the existing insulation had become very ineffective ofver the years. Again, the Mike Graham team provided superior survice. The week afer the job was completed, the salesman came over again to functional check the system and very the job was done as contracted, and that we were pleased with the services provided. To summerize our experience with Mike Graham, is to classify it as nothing short of superior; Superior products Superior installation Superior craftsmen Superior customer service We have and will continue to recommend Mike Graham to anyone at all and will do so with no reservation. I called American home shield to get someone out. They chose a company (BW Masterson?) and I was told they had 24 hours to respond. I called Mike Graham heating and air conditioning at 8 pm, they said they would have someone out to make sure we slept in comfort. The technician showed up, went straight to work (in the dark) and went straight to the source of the problem. He asked if he could return (at no additional charge) to do his normal 1 hour check, as he felt he was doing me a disservice by not completing the full inspection. I told him I would call on Monday and schedule that time so he didn't have to give up his weekend. He hated it, but, the customer is always right, so, he agreed. I am very impressed with this company, and will DEFINITELY use them again. The price was reasonable especially for a Friday night emergency service call.

The minute they walk into your home they greet you with yes and no sir or mam and they lay down a drop cloth to prevent dirt from accumulating where they work. Their clothes are fresh and not looking like they have worn them for a week. If asked they don't mind explaining what they are doing and will take the time to explain so you can understand. They respect your home and property and what I especially liked was that they did not walk on my beautiful lawn. Once the unit was installed they went over everything with me explaining its operation. To me price or the cost of something does not guarantee the level of service you can expect from a contractor. I can honestly say that every penny you spend with Graham Heating and Air conditioning will be the best investment you can make for your home heating and air conditioning. Many contractors will forget who you are once the check clears, but with Graham, you become a part of their family of satisfied customers. They strive for satisfied customers and if for some reason you may be dissatisfied with any part of their service then they will go to the moon if necessary to make things right. My advice to you is to shop around and talk to the customers of other companies then come back to Graham Heating and check with theirs. Their customers will all agree, these folks wrote the book on customer service, satisfaction and self pride.

The job was completed efficiently, and all details attended to, resulting in a very low Utility bill

This is not my regular company. I used them because I got a coupon. This person wanted to charge me $604 for the stuff my regular company includes with their regular service---such as cleaning the blower, clean the condensor, clean evap coil and blowing out the drain. Needless to say, I just went back to my regular company--they charged their regular fee of $110 and did all of the above. That $110 also includes my service for the fall.
