Arboretum Tree Service

When I called Billy for an estimate, he was prompt, informative, and professional. He spent time going through the yard with me and we discussed all of the trees and what was needed. He actually provided me two estimates, one for doing the basic work to clean the roof line and damaged tree in the front yard and the second estimated for cleaning all of the trees in both the front and the back. and his team were wonderful. We agreed upon the work to be done. He even rearranged his schedule to fit in his work in my yard before the scheduled work to refinish my deck was started. Billy and his team were prompt and efficient and went above and beyond. They not only did all of the work on the estimate, but also picked up some additional rubbish in my backyard since they had room in their truck. I was VERY pleased with their work.

After contacting Billy Jordan with Arboretum Tree Services, he promptly came by to give us an estimate and was very thorough in going over what our trees needed and he made numerous recommendations for trimming our oaks and removing cedar trees that were impeding the growth of our oaks. Billy is an arborist and was very willing to share his knowledge of what to do and not do with our trees. He and his crew (who are a terrific bunch of hard working men) showed up on time every day and worked very hard. Each day they were here, they thoroughly cleaned the area where they had been working, removing all debris, limbs, etc. Rarely do you find such a crew like Billy has...very polite and eager to please their customers. We recommended Arboretum to our daughter and she used their services and was very pleased, as well. We already have another project that we will be contacting Arboretum to do for us.It is so nice to have found someone who does what they say they will do. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing tree service.

They did a great job. They cleaned and trimmed the trees back, allowing more light into the yard, and keeping the trees from being overcrowded. The yard looks fantastic. They were very professional, safe, and completed the job in minimal time. Finally, they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and hauling away all the debris. I would definitely used their services again in the future.

Wow. All I can say is wow. I have an oak tree that is showing some sort of signs of stress. After trying to contact another arborist for weeks now I looked on Angie's List and then called Arbboretum Tree Service. Billy Jordan returned my call right away. He was going out of town and could not come out so he asked me to send him pictures of the tree. After he looked at the pictures he called me with his suggestions on what to do and what to put on the tree. He also assured me that it was not oak wilt. Mr Jordan will be out next week if the tree gets worse but we are hoping it will be fine. I was so impressed with his quick response even though he may not make a cent he spent the time to help me and I will be calling him again. Ifou need an arborist I highly recommend him.

Billy came out and provided an estimate on August 6 and they came back on August 9 and completed the work. They did an outstanding job and completely cleaned up all the trimmings. Our trees look great and are very healthy thanks to the care provided by Arboretum over the last two years.

Arboretum was responsive, prompt, professional and courteous. They did exactly as I asked and the price was just as they had bid. I was very pleased with the service and found them to be very pleasant and helpful to work with.

He was very helpful in telling us exactly what he'd do with the trees and he was very professional. I was a little confused though because it says he gives free estimates and we paid him to come out. We always ask anyone that comes to our house, what do we owe you, once they get ready to leave, because we think that's the right thing to do. I'm not exactly sure why we had to pay, maybe because he recommended something for us to do ourselves, therefore he wasn't going to get a job from us.

Billy and the crew did a superb job. I was so pleased with the service and would use them again. My mother's yard is beautifully cleaned up, and the trees that needed damage repaired have been saved. I was so thankful to have someone to help with this work that I could never handled handled myself. Billy was fair, prompt and friendly and the crew did a superb job. I'll call them again any time I need tree services or major debris removal.

Billy Jordan came over and talked with us about our options regarding the tree. In the end we had him remove it and grind the stump. The crew arrived when they said they would and got the tree down in a few hours. They cleaned up their branches and left the site looking good. The yard was muddy from recent rains so the stump grinder came a few days later. He was able to get the stump ground down so that new landscaping could be planted. This was the second job that Billy had done for us and I highly recommend him for any tree issues.

The service went great. I met with Billy Jordan and he asseessed the situation and gave me a price. He then completed the work according to our agreed upon schedule and kept me informed every step of the way, since the job was on my mother's property, and I live out of town. He and his crew did a great job and sent me pictures during the job so that I could see the progress. I would recommend him to anyone for quality work and great customer relations. We concluded the job through email and texts. I very much appreciated his professionalism!

Arboretum Tree Services went quick and fast. I liked them. There were a lot of things I want them to do and it was going to be expensive. In the long run, my husband said that I paid too much for the work they did. The quality of services was pretty good. They cleaned up very well.

The overall experience went very well from start to finish. Billy Jordan, the owner, initially visited my house to provide estimate. He was very honest about the work that was needed. You could tell he really loves his job and cares about the work he does. He's not just going to chop up your trees. He understands how vital trees are to the property for the it's value and environment. The day of the service, he started early in the morning and was finished up around the time I was coming home from work. He and his crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. When he and I were settling the bill, his crew was nice enough to sweep up my garage for me since it was open during our conversation and some leaves has blown in. I would definitely refer Arboretum to my neighbors who might need tree trimming.

They completed the job in one day as promised. They completed the project and cleaned up beautifully. They even cleaned out what probably fell in pool. He also hauled off some debris left by previous owner which was just plain nice of him to do. This company is highly recommended and I will hire them again next year. My trees look healthy and beautiful!

They were able to come out to the house within a few days of my initial call to them. I believe they came out once to give a quote and advise on what needed to be done, then came a day or two later to complete the work. They came when they said they would, completed the work quickly and as discussed. No surprises. I'd recommend them or have them come again.

The supervisor had been there previously to determine what my needs were. When work day came they arrived when he said they would. A staff of about six men arrived with tools and spirit. They were all pleasant, even friendly. They went to work removing all the obstructing weeds and clearing out any other brush. The goal was to get to the back to remove an old shed. They cleared through to the shed, dismantled and removed all of it. They then cut back a tree that was overhanging the house and cleared the excess from the other side of the fence.

I highly recommend Arboretum and will be using their services in the future.

Billy Jordan arrived with a crew of four and stayed the whole time to supervise. The whole crew worked well together and knew what they were doing, making them able to complete the job timely and efficiently. Billy Jordan answered all my questions in a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly manner. They went over and above in final cleanup, leaving my yard cleaner than when they arrived! My trees look great, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

He trimmed my Crepe Myrtle trees for me and gave me tips on maintenance. I was very pleased with their knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism. I plan on using them next year for trimming all my trees.

Call Billy, after reading the latest reviews on Angie's List. I had used Billy to consultant a year ago but never his tree trimming service. He came out on a saturday gave me a bid, and start date. Called me on the start date to say they would be behind by one day. They showed up the next two days, diid all we had covered in our previous meeting and we added more trees along the way. His advice and knowledge has given our home a great new look. Plan to use them next time. They cleaned up daily and the Owner was on site. His staff were very pleasant!

As I said previously, I was appreciative of his saying there was really no work that needed doing. We looked at all my trees and talked about them. He said they were in good shape.

Billy was wonderful. He has great vision of how to work your trees into an art piece. He was friendly and respectful which made him very easy to work with. He really paid attention to detail and stayed with his crew while figuring out the best way to sculpt our heritage quality Live Oaks. The results are beautiful. His bid was competitive with all the other top rated tree services. He returned calls quickly and got the job done within a week of winning the bid. His crew was efficient, kind to our property, and cleaned up quickly. We will have Billy come out every year to fertilize and keep an eye on maintaining our trees. A+ in my book!

It was a good experience. They stated where the trees needed trimming and they trimmed them. I would hire them again.

Overall the contractor gave me a very fair price to remove tall trees growing in a vacant property and haul the trees away. If I had it to do over I would have used this good company.

They were here on time as requested, were very professional and performed the work with no delays.
