HE showed up on time with his truck and another truck of workers behind him. He took the "lead worker" around the property, pointed to some trees and then left. When the crew got to the back yard, I walked out to see that they had cut down a crucial pool area shade providing branch which had a humming bird feeder attached to it! The bird feeder was lying on the ground! The workers had removed a key shade branch which had a bird feeder attached without asking me! The crew took very long breaks, plus at least a 1 1/2 hour lunch break. I had to go out there myself and get them up off of my side yard and get them back to work. At 5:00 Billy finally showed up to get his check.

They did a excellent job of trimming the trees at my home. The priced quoted was very reasonable for the amount of work they performed. They went above & beyond on what was quoted. I would definitely recommend them. Mr. Jordan is very professional & quoted a fair price for the work performed at my home.

I called and left a message stating I would like to have them come to my house to look at what my trees needed, and that I was concerned that then needed to be saved. A big storm came that night. I assume they were busy the next few days. They have not returned my phone call since I called almost a week ago.

We had 6 overgrown Japanese Lugustrums.We planted the trees to use as a barrier for a sports court that our back neighbors had installed. The trees had been trimmed slightly and topped off every year. Unfortunately, the more we topped them off, the taller they grew. We were losing the effect they were originally planted for. I contacted several companies, but chose Arboretum. When Billy Jordan arrived to give me an estimate, we discussed several options.The best option was to cut the trees way back. He was honest and told me that it was not going to look great. New growth would force the trees to get thicker instead of taller. It would then give us the cover we needed. I had mixed emotions about doing this. We talked and he as several questions to make sure we both had the same visual effect. I just had to convince my husband this was the way to go. He thought they were trees and they were meant to be tall and overtaking our yard. Billy said talk to my husband and take my time to make a decision.He wanted me to be sure I was ready for the work to be done. After giving it some thought, a date was set to do the work. I received a call from him notifying me he would be late. We had a bad storm the night before and there were quite a large number of trees down. To be honest, I was surprised that he didn't cancel the appointment. Billy said that he did not want to cancel on his committments that day. The crew arrived well prepared and immediately started working. Everyone seemed to know what they were assigned to do. As each tree was cut, there was someone cleaning up. I really expected my yard to be a mess, but it looked better after then before. There were several branches down on the front lawn. I was picking them up and Billy told me the guys would take care of them. I would recommend this company not only for their professionalism, but also their knowledge. Billy was a pleasure to work with.

I called to get an estimate for a tree evaluation and to have a number of trees trimmed. Mr Jordon did not show for the appointment and he did not call. When I called him again days later he did not seem to even recall our conversation. In the meantime there was a storm and he now told me that it would be some time before he could get to me. He did provide me with a name of a person to evaluate my tree. I am not sure if that person is on the list or not.

Couldn't have been a better experience. I contacted Billy Jordan (Arboretum Tree Service) on March 4th to see if he could give me an estimate to trim my trees on my property. Billy went to my house that day and called me that afternoon with an estimate and said he could do the work early the following week. His crew showed up on the given day, March 9th, and did a fantastic job with my trees. Billy also laid mulch in all my beds for me. His price was very competitive, but his professionalism and promt service were unmatched. I plan to contact this company every January for an annual follow up with my trees and mulch.

My next door neighbor was getting an estimate from Billy. I knew that we needed some work done so I asked Billy to give me an estimate as well. I discovered he was on Angie's List and would take credit cards (absolutely necessary for such a big job), which made me feel very confident in the company. We scheduled the job within a week of getting the estimate. There were no scheduling problems and the crew showed up promptly on the date selected. The backyard was done on 2/22 and the crew finished up the front and side yards on 2/24. The crew was efficient, careful and cleaned up every bit of tree debris and hauled it away. Billy and his foreman, Andy, were both a joy to work with on this big job. Our property looks terrific, and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

It was a good experience. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they were going to do and then did it. I would use them again.

They were at my neigbors removing a tree. I asked if they could do some work for me. They came and gave me quote and completed the work the same day. It was very convenient given they were already in the neighborhood.

I have used other tree services in the past, but none had exhibited the professionalism and competence that I observed in this company. The crew of three men tackled the problem of a large tree which was splitting apart and in danger of falling. They worked in the south Texas heat without letting up until the job was complete, including a very thorough clean-up. They packed the remains of the tree on their trailer and hauled it away. Except for the hole in the sky, no one would know there ever was a tree there.

Billy was vary prompt in responding to my inquiry and came right out to estimate the job. He gave me several options from which to choose and was very flexible about scheduling. The crew came out and worked non-stop to achieve an amazing job in a very short time. I am completely pleased with the results.
