They helped the claims adjuster realize that the 240 sf well house was also damaged. Shelly in the office worked with the insurance company and even got a check for me for water damage issues. I was impressed. They bid the job and actually upgraded my shingles as the exact match was no longer available and then got the insurance company to cover the upgrade. WOW! They re-flashed many areas which had always looked bad around the skylights, or maybe this upgraded 25 year shingle hides it better. I'm not sure. My renters said they were only there for 1 day to remove and repair or prep and one day to install. The area was clean and they washed out the gutters. AWESOME JOB GUYS. I can't believe that my engineer renter perfectionist was pleased. I am about to sign with them on my house in northwest Austin for the hail damage. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRE THESE GUYS. I also spoke with Marilyn and David in the office. Great crew. They are about to reroof my house as well.

The experience was okay. They ended up leaving an extension cord here for a really long time. We called them so they could get it, and they never came by. They were alright. They were on time. The work was a pretty good job.

It went excellent. They did an outstanding job. They finished the job in one day. They cleaned up everything, it was spotless when they finished.

They promptly came out to give us and estimate. They let us know approximately how long their lead time was. Then they scheduled the work within that time. They showed up when they said they would and were extremely efficient and left a very clean yard when they finished.

I received a phone call from a Ja-Mar representative the very next day after requesting service via their web site. Kudos to Ja-Mar for the excellent responsiveness! Their representative called to arrange to come out and take a look at my roof. In the spirit of honesty, I informed him that I was taking multiple bids for the job, in an effort to find the best fit for me. His tone immediately changed, and in an exasperated, borderline whiny tone, he said "Well do you still want me to come out and take a look then?! Because I don't want to take time to evaluate your roof if your not going to give me the job." What the...?! ~sigh~ In fairness, this was at the height of the hail storm repair boom (that storm damaged a LOT of homes), so all the roofers were over-worked at that time.In addition, the Ja-Mar guy called me late in the afternoon, after what I'm sure had been a very long day for him, and I'm certain that he was very tired. So he let his professionalism slip a bit, and blurted out what he was thinking! But from a customer perspective, what can I say to that? Unfortunately, I ran into this attitude from some other roofers, too, during my efforts to find the right roofer for me! *Many* of them seemed to feel that they should not have to bother competing for my business. I'm of the mind that for services involving this much money, it is important to *earn* someone's business. Not to mention that it's not anyone's divine right to take my money! Taking multiple bids for expensive services is not only smart, it's fairly standard practice. So I politely asked him to please come out anyway, and he did. And to be fair, he recovered quickly on the phone call, and never displayed that attitude again. The bid was well done, and was competitive (in fact, I almost went with Ja-Mar to do the work). So I'm willing to believe that maybe I just caught this guy on a "tired moment"! I certainly wouldn't let that incident stop me from soliciting a bid from Ja-Mar again.

Very prompt. Gave a good estimate. Got back to me quickly. Was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Was very impressed with their timeliness during a time when there were a lot of hail damage all over the city. Got it done quickly and very well.

We are quite satisfied with the work performed. They recommended replacing turbine vents with ridge vents. We decided to go ahead and very satisfied with the decision and the work done.

Oh My God! If I had a second house I'd call them again right now. I only hope that they can stay in business for the next twenty years so I can call them for the next roof job.

I had my appointment the next day after I called and it took 1 1/2 days to complete the job. The job was done well and carried out in good time. I was impressed with the sales representative. I feel the sales rep was very good at estimating the job.

They were great and very professional. We had a small problem and they fixed it at no extra charge towards the end of the warranty. After that, I had a small leak and they came as soon as I called them. Now that is what I call customer service. I even recommended them to my daughter.

Some places were damaged from the hail, so they replaced the roof all the way to the boards in spots where it was needed. They did a really good job. I was very satisfied. We had a small leak at first around a pipe, but they came right back and fixed it without any problems. The insurance covered the cost of the repair.
