Herb Thorne is an incredible professional. Once we were able to get on his schedule, he was an excellent communicator. He took the time to keep us appraised of the progress of our remodel, he was mindful of the disruption to our lives and worked hard to finish on schedule over the holidays. He cut costs for us in so many ways, and kept to our budget. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience we had working with him and his team. He is HIGHLY recommended.

Herb Thorn (the owner) talked a good game but never put anyone onsite. He didn't provide the "painter for a day" and he didn't provide a quote for the whole house repaint. We followed up with Herb twice and then gave up and went with Rob at R&B. Why can't contractors simply state they are too busy? Really?

Herb Thorn responded to my request for quote. He and his whole crew were outstanding. The patched drywall and replaced rotten boards. Caulked, primed and painted. So please that wife had house painted on the out side. They did another outstanding job. Service like this is why is subscribe to Angie's List. Herb thorn was able to use his thirty years in the business to help us make good choices. A pleasure all around.

We enjoyed working with owner Herb Thorn. He sent us detailed estimates and was available for any questions before, during and after the jobs.During each job the painters were courteous and professional.The painting was clean and sharp. When painting the trim, the trim was painted and not the brick. When they painted the rooms just the walls were painted-again clean and sharp. We also had them paint an entire house with the body of the house one color and trim another.Again perfectly done. We have recommended Guaranteed Painting to friends.It was a pleasant experience to work with Herb and his crew.

He did a great job. It looked wonderful when they got through. I was really pleased with that. They did a good job. Their price was well worth it.

The painter arrived right on time & got started right away. He was very professional and did an excellent job.

The crew were very prompt and courteous. They worked very hard and finished my 1200 square foot condo in 2 days. Every square inch was painted including closets, Trim, doors inside and exterior doors. The crew cleaned up after themselves and did a exceptional job! We have already recommended them to friends. We can't say enough good things about Herb Thorn.

Herb and his crew did an outstanding job in a timely manner. They were very professional and showed up when they said they would. We are very pleased and plan to use them again for some interior work.

Upon contacting the provider he came out the next day and gave an estimate. The next week they came out for a color consultation that was free of charge. Shortly after we set a date and they were on time and very fast. We will definitely use them again for future projects

The employees were easy to work with. Communication was simple and enjoyable. Even when we needed to change a color after seeing a strip of paint on the wall, they said "no problem." They wanted to get us the colors we wanted to make our house perfect. Imperfections in the walls were fixed before just painting a new color. The quality of their work is tremendous.

Herb's team of 6 came in and methodically taped and covered the floors throughout then proceeded with all the ceiling work the first day followed by all the walls on day 2. Each day, they left the work area cleaned up and swept. I was very impressed by their work ethic, painting expertise and manners. I would highly recommend them! Herb's wife Marie is a colorist and she was immensely helpful in picking the right colors for this project. We are ecstatic about the finished work. Our home looks so much better.

Herb and his crew painted the whole interior of our house including ceilings and cabinets and it looks great. We weren't sure if we wanted flat or eggshell so they painted one wall with both in the colors we picked to see how they looked in our home. Herb was quick to answer the phone when we called, made any modifications we wanted and got there when he said he would. Highly recommend Herb at Guaranteed!

George and his crew were punctual and worked very hard for long hours. We may have to have them come back to do some touch up but we have been assured that the service is guaranteed just as their name says. Herb and Marie were always very responsive even answering questions well into the evening and long after work hours. They also helped pick out the paint colors and monitored the progress of the job. Over all I would highly recommend this company and this team. If you want honest people, go to them. Customer service is very important in this day and age therefore when you get a call after 7 p.m. to just to see if everything was good, you know they are serious about taking care of their customers. The owner’s name is Herb. They were absolutely wonderful. They did an incredible job, and they were almost half the price of another quote that we had gotten. Our kitchen was dark red and they painted it like light khaki color. So, it does not show through anything like that, they actually had to put three coats on. The price was ridiculously cheap. There were six people out, and they were like super professional. They just got it done. They did not mess around. They were polite, fast, showed up when they said they were going to show up, and they finished. It is so often that it always takes longer than what they say it would take, but not with them. They really did finish everything in one day. I guess that is what I liked best about them that they were fast and did an excellent job. They make you want to paint your whole house.

Arrived on time daily, professional and courteous, cleaned up jobsite, and willing to correct anything I felt was not perfect.

The owner of Guaranteed Painting Company, Herb Thorn, gave us a detailed proposal of the work to be done with the quote. His knowledge and expertise was helpful in solving the problems we had with the paint peeling off the gutters and columns. The painters showed up each day on time and knew what they were doing. They washed the trim, replaced damaged wood, primed and painted. The crew was pleasant to have around our home. They seem to have an eye for details and always willing to discuss any concerns. They cleaned up before leaving each day. The job was completed on time and looks great! Mr. Thorn was very professional and courteous.

They were great. They had a great contractor-owner relationship. They did what they said they were supposed to do. They came out and gave a quote on time. They started before they were supposed to. They did excellent work. They replaced quite a bit more siding than what was originally estimated. The owner was the one that came out and dealt with us. He was very friendly and proactive. It was a good experience. We're contracting them to do another one of our houses.

We are so very happy with the professional painting of the interior of our house done by Herb Thorn of Guaranteed Painting Company. We wanted to paint the inside of our house, to remove a 1970?s rough wall texture, and to create a new more modern texture. In addition to these requests, we wanted to have a few bi-fold doors repaired or replaced, repairs to cracks and seam failures in sheet rock repaired and to have some old fashioned spindles removed to create a more open feeling in our house. He presented us with a complete proposal with a spreadsheet of work to be done and estimated cost. His wife Marie Thorn is a trained color consultant and was very helpful in guiding us though the selections of colors. When we were not certain of a color selection they painted a test area with the color for us to look before we made a final decision. All of the work was completed as proposed and on the schedule that was presented to complete the work. The painters were great to work with. They arrived on time each day. They were neat and clean, and cleaned up the work area before leaving for the day. They were quiet and considerate as they worked inside our home. The most important praise for these painters is that they did neat professional work with a paint brush.
