Herb and his guys were exceptional. We hired them to complete the project after another contractor started and was unable to finish. Guaranteed Painting took it to another level and made our house look better than we hoped for, and their attention to detail was tremendous. A telling example: When they finished, the job, the painters even replaced the long line of small plastic containers that my wife placed in the back of the house to catch rain water off the roof.

Herb and his crew are wonderful. We are very happy with the results, and their courteousness and professionalism! They also gave a closet back to me because the previous owners had built a box (perhaps for an aquarium) into the wall that backed into a closet. After they were through, the wall and closet were perfectly restored. We will be hiring them again to paint the outside of the house!

His employees are excellent at drywall repair and the quality of the paint job is top notch. His crew was always on time.

Herb and his team, including his color specialist (his wife) treated me like a queen throughout the entire process. The team was respectful of my wishes and was honest regarding my opinions for color schemes. They made suggestions as to what could make the project even more successful, even if it hurt my ego- they were all about doing the BEST for me. Their quality of work and timeliness is unprecedented. From beginning to finish, this project took 5 days TOTAL. This included scraping, filling, priming (two times), two coats of brick paint, and 2 coats of trim paint. Also, they replaced a portion of our garage door frame which would have eventually rotted. Herb has painted interior rooms in our home as well, and we will continue to hire him for future jobs, like getting our 1950's pink bathroom tile painted for example. Herb and his group did an excellent job. They arrived on schedule and finished a little ahead of schedule. They returned to tidy up some issues at a later date and fixed some minor issues.

The crews were always nice and helpful ( especially when i was on crutches!) If there were complications, we were given notice to reschedule. They are friendly, prompt and great to work with. They were helpful with color choices. We have used them for 2 home remodels.

We got a quote over the phone and an email confirmation. We played phone tag a bit to get the service scheduled and there was a little misunderstanding, but everything worked out in the end and the work performed was as expected and looks great!

It has not been done yet. Herb is very professional and punctual. He gives a very thorough and professional bid with everything spelled out. I have made several other opportunities to other painters for bids and this is by far the best one. When I get ready to get the "job" done, you can be sure that he is the one that will get to do the work. Herb is very conscientious about making you happy. He is a great person. I certainly wish everyone was like him. He definitely deserves an A+ in every catagory!

Work was performed well both inside and out on time and with no problems. Workers were very professional and did a good job cleaning up after the work was finished.

They did a wonderfull job on cleaning, surface preparation, repair and replacement of split or rotted siding and trim, priming (as needed), and repainting of the exterior of the above referenced home. Areas to be painted include siding, doors, fascia, trim, soffit, shutters and posts.

Herb was great at communicating and was very punctual for both the estimate and the project. His crew was exceptional. They were hard workers, meticulous and extremely polite. We were thrilled with our results and would highly recommend using Guaranteed Painting.

They did a great job. The business owner was personally involved and made sure everything went well. His wife even came over to help me select the paint colors. They are wonderful people who go the extra mile to ensure their customers are pleased with the job. The owner guarantees his work unconditionally, and not just for 30 days or a set time period. They are not the cheapest painting company out there, nor are they the most expensive. Their prices are reasonable, and for me it was worth paying a little more for high-quality work personally guaranteed by an owner I trust and respect. I plan to call on Guaranteed Painting again, and I highly recommend them to others in the Bryan/College Station area.

All the work done at my house was completed on time, as directed, and it looks beautiful! When I decided to look for a painting contractor, I envisioned someone knowledgeable, courteous, dependable, and prompt. Herb is all of these and I would recommend him to anyone. He was easy to talk to and offered constructive ideas when needed. An excellent and reliable painting contractor!

Herb came out on a Saturday to give us a quote. He was friendly, professional, and punctual! He gave us a quote that was $300 less than a competitor! On Monday (2 days later) I called him to tell him that we would like to use his services. We had an issue that had come up, however...that morning my husband, while up in the attic, had put is foot through the ceiling! We thought we'd have to delay the painting, but Herb said that they could fix the ceiling too! And to make things even better, he could send out his crew the very next day! He came by again that evening to help us pick out colors. The crew showed up at 8:15 AM and started to work. They got the whole job done by 3:00 PM! Herb came out twice to check on the work during the day! He is such a nice guy! They used quality materials and did quality work! We couldn't be happier!

We had a very good experience with Herb and his crew. He had no problem coming out to Iola to give us an estimate right away and was very informative. He provided us with a detailed quote via email very shorty after our appointment. It was a fairly extensive job and they got it done in two days which was wonderful. Everyone was very professional and polite. Both Herb and his crew were very accommodating, if we had questions they immediately addressed them. It really was one of the smoothest projects I have ever been involved in and I very much appreciate the great work and wonderful customer service. My home looks amazing and I have already receive a number of complements! Thanks!

Excellent! The owner was very busy but responded quickly and was VERY courteous and professional. The workers were courteous and fast. After the work was done, we found a few spots that needed a touch and they took care of this quickly and without any fuss.
