Description of Work: Dan answers the phone and comes right out, but there is never any follow up -- pool cleaner has been broken for weeks and weeks and a motor has been assessed by Dan to be in need of repair or replacement. . . company will identify the problems, just can't get the company to FIX the problems despite their promises to do so.

Description of Work: In July of 2013 the pool maintenance company we was using failed to show-up for weekly cleaning. We had left on vacation and received a call from` our daughter that the pool had turned green and had frogs swimming around. I tried to contact Solana Pools, the company we were using, and received no response. I checked Angie's List and contacted Dan's Pool Service about the condition of the pool. He responded immediately, started cleaning the pool and returned it to swimming condition in a very short time. His firm has taken care of our pool since July 2013. He not only cleans the pool but checks and tests all the pool equipment every time he is at our house. I'm glad I found him and I strongly recommend him and his company.

Description of Work: We had the Quad DE filter cleaned and had a line unclogged. It went well, Kelby showed up after noon, in the timeframe specified. He is friendly, courteous and professional and I like the fact that Kelby has cleaned our filter since we started using Dan's Pool Service.

Description of Work: I had a pool that was overwhelmed with leaves and pollen. We had been on vacation, and upon return, the pool was a pond (ie. Caddyshack). I needed assistance with water, pump, everything. Dan came out when promised. He advised me of everything I needed to do--he did not push any product or his service. He basically showed ME what I needed to do to save money and fix a problem. Very fair trip charge. Recommended.

 + -1 moreCalled for service and came the next day. The service was performed as requested. I have worked with Dan's Pool service in the past and have always been totally satisfied. Dan will always look at all repairing options before recommending total replacement of equipment.
Description of Work: Repaired the seals on the pump that was leaking water. Replaced the backup valve on the pool sweep. Recommended that the cartridge filter be replace.
