Description of Work: They removed carpeting and tile and put down hard wood and tile in my whole house with the exception of one bathroom. They also moved and replaced alot of the heavy furniture. They came when they were supposed to & finished the job in a couple weeks with a little tweeking afterward, also in a timely fashion. I was very please with the whole process.

Description of Work: They put in new floors throughout most of our house. It was a bit frustrating because they ordered the wrong color and because we were not there, due to our daughter being in the hospital and having multiple surgeries and being in ICU, the workers put the floors in-not noticing that they did not even come close to matching the rest of the existing floors. Which I believe if the owner had come by to double check he would have caught it. But I will say they ordered the correct color express shipping and worked extra hard to have them put in by the deadline. So I guess I can not complain. Slight inconvenience having the house turned upside down for a week but hey, it is done and looks great.

Description of Work: They pulled up tile, and laminate in kitchen and great room. | Some trim was pulled off and not replaced. |The sanding of the floors was extremely messy and the drop cloths used to contain the area were useless. |Otherwise they did a great job !

Description of Work: They replaced wood floors and carpeting, (approx. 2300 sq ft) with new wood flooring. They did an excellent job and were fast, courteous, prompt, and a joy to work with. These guys are GOOD! The two local young men who own the company, as well as the their crew chief, are really personable and dedicated to detail and customer satisfaction.

Description of Work: Jed came out to the house to give me an estimate on laminate flooring for the master bedroom and closet after I had visited the showroom. He took measurements and emailed me the estimate that same day. The installers, Miguel and Vince did the job over a two day period. They also put down shoe molding in the master bedroom and closet. Having installed laminate flooring in my other two bedrooms myself, I had them also put molding around the baseboards in those two rooms. They were very professional and polite. I would definitely use this company again.

 + -1 moreThe job went great. They are prompt and tidy. They check with you first on any issues that arise during the job. We have had several projects done by Couture and have been very satisfied with all of them. We plan on calling them again.

 + 0 moreExceptional work. Paul Sowa, the company representative, was superb. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I had the right materials to meet our needs. The showroom was top notch offering excellent examples of how the finished floor would look with with a wide variety of tile types and colors. His professionalism (and an impressive report I researched on "Angie's List") made me feel comfortable enough to start the process on my first visit. The job was scheduled to start 3 working days after the order. Paul and installation crew showed up at my home exactly at the appointed time and Paul introduced me to each of the three workers, Paul, Guy (the foreman) and I toured the job sight and discussed how the workers would proceed. Within 30 minutes the demolition phase was started. The work took about four and one half days. Each day a representative of Couture Floors came by to check quality and workmanship - normally twice! The best supervision I have ever seen! Guy and his crew worked full days, never left me with a mess and briefed me on their plans for the next day - I was never faced with a surprise. Very professional. When they were done, Guy walked me around to insure everything was done to my satisfaction. An overall "Good Show!"
Description of Work: Removed a river rock/epoxy surface from 885 sq ft of porches and installed floors of 12x12 tile.

 + 0 morePromptly came out to give estimate. Matched existing wood floors in another room. Arrived promptly on day scheduled to begin installation. Removed and hauled away carpet, tack boards, etc. Filled in defects in existing slab to make it level, then installed floor, shoe mold. Painted shoe mold with matching paint supplied by me from original house painting, also stained shoe mold where it abutted built in cabinets.
Description of Work: Removed carpet and installed engineered wood floors in two rooms.
