I like that they only sent out 1 plumber and not 2 as we had a small project which helped keep the cost down compared to the other companies.

Honest, hard-working, he knows his profession. He found the disconnected pipe -due to a shifting of earth because of the rain and gave me water to my house after 15 days of no water. I thank him much. The reason it took me so long to find a pro was because of the high charges charged by other companies. He charged me a reasonable price with no interest financing I highly recommend him

This is a follow up to a report I submitted a couple of months ago. A couple of days after a $900 faucet installation, I discovered that the old faucet was not the source of the leak. It was the the garbage disposal, which I had repaired by another contractor. Im convinced Caliente misdiagnosed the problem, and cost me a lot of money I didn't need to pay.

The technicians arrived at the appointment time and gave me the options of the water heater I could select from. They efficiently removed the old one from its attic location and installed the new one in a timely manner. They made sure everything was left clean. So far the heater works well and provides plenty of hot water.

I was very happy with their work. The owner gave me a prompt call after submitting the home advisor inquiry and was able to provide an accurate estimate over the phone with some insightful questions. Arrived really fast with flexible schedule. Friendly service. Ended up having to get a new water heater due to age of unit and leak. Not sure of the price value because I did not shop around. They did offer discounts but most were very small.

Caliente Hot Water came over to give me their quote, along with other vendors, and they were by far well under the quotes of the others! I purchases a wifi capable water heater which included a water sensor w/ shut off, expansion tank, and they brought everything up to code, and hauled off my 15 year old water heater...all included! My purchase even includes a 12 year parts/labor warranty. If I ever need another water heater...or perhaps a water softener, I will most definitely use Caliente again!
