"I would give no stars if possible. Saela North Orem is a sophisticated scam. They use personable door to door salesman, promise exceptional service and lock you in to an 18 month contract with little recourse. They then lie and try to sell $7-15k attic mice remediation age when other companies find no evidence of hantavirus mice activity. They are labeled pest control but are actually a smooth scam artist operating in numerous states. I believe any ratings above 1 star are paid/fraudulent reviews. It took us a few months to figure out their process. I broke my own rule of never contracting with doors sales and always review company prior to contract."

"They knocked down the hornets nest, however they do have a predatory contract. I only needed them for one thing. The contract has 4 check marks at which it appears that it is when you will be charged but the way you will be charged is monthly and not quarterly. Who needs a monthly pest subscription at $50 for 12 months? To break the contract is $200 so be aware and read the contract carefully. Hopefully theyll get a class action due to these practices. So then I have to put in for a service call, and their first thought is "oh, I should upsell her on a $100 service for mosquitoes that goes out 100 ft from her townhouse with 5 feet of lawn." I'm obviously irritated and not likely to give them more money since they don't even show when they're supposed to...and then they don't show up for the follow-up call, I can't make this up. I would cancel if I could, but you get locked into a contract with them, so now I am stuck paying for pest control I am not getting."
