Edge missed their 30-day follow-up visit, and just texted me that they serviced my home, but all three of us were home all night and no knock, doorbell ring, or call, they never showed. So then I have to put in for a service call, and their first thought is "oh, I should upsell her on a $100 service for mosquitoes that goes out 100 ft from her townhouse with 5 feet of lawn." I'm obviously irritated and not likely to give them more money since they don't even show when they're supposed to...and then they don't show up for the follow-up call, I can't make this up. I would cancel if I could, but you get locked into a contract with them, so now I am stuck paying for pest control I am not getting.

Customer service is nice but product is awful. Never once have I had No red ants or bugs.

Edge always does a great job for us. They’re great about following up to let us know of any issues they found and during their visits and what they did to remedy them. They also let us know about other things that could cause problems (areas on our home that need to be sealed to prevent rats, mice, and bugs from getting in) and can provide additional services to address those as well.

Our tech was very thorough, and went above and beyond with our routine treatment!

Being as the customer representatives do not want to do their job properly I'm going to make sure that any and all prospective customers are aware of how unprofessional and shady they are. I am extremely disappointed in Edge and how they do business. I canceled my service back in August and received an email on Monday, 11/3 stating they were performing service at my house. I called and spoke to someone and she saw that I canceled it, as well I told her no money should be taken out of my account and she confirmed that it wouldn't be. However, on Tuesday the charge hit my bank. Then, I spoke to someone yesterday 11/5, and he told me he would refund me the $124.81, and instead, he put through another charge of $124.81. When I spoke to someone this morning he said that it was voided out of the system. I let him know that I needed the monies refunded to me and he said I needed to prove that the monies were taken out of my account. You're telling me that their accounting is crewed up that they cannot see that they charged me, not once BUT TWICE??!! The email address I was given for billing was not correct and couldn't be delivered. Are you freakin kidding me??? Not only did they steal money from me but the email address is fake. I will definitely be reporting them as well as getting my family attorney involved. I would definitely take your business elsewhere. Not only does the service SUCK, but their accounting skills and practices are lacking in a HUGE way!!!!!

The first treatment was discounted and seemed to work, however the first mosquito treatment did not work, and I was charged full price for a reapplication due to the delay from the first application because they couldn't find records of where I had called within a week to request it done again, though I had done so, and they had delayed multiple times on their side. Given that the quarterly maintenance is OK but very pricey for what is provided, I also asked to get out of the contract. It was $800 for me to cancel, so I am stuck with a service provider whom I would not recommend!!!! The cost of service shown ($1,500) is total price paid over the contract term for one year of mosquito and quarterly general service. I could get the same service from other providers at half the cost with half the hassle.

I was very pleased with my initial service. I prepaid for two services and they told me that they would call me to schedule the second one. Since they already had their money, they didn’t call. I called them and scheduled. They decided I needed a 3rd treatment and wanted me to pay so they called me everyday to tell me they were on their way. I told them no. The guy came to my house when I wasn’t home without my permission, sprayed the outside of my house and then charged me $150! I called to demand a refund and they said they couldn’t because they sprayed the outside of my house so the best they could do is to schedule and interior treatment. When I told her I didn’t want that, she kept asking me “why” and trying to convince me. Finally, I hung up and just called the bank to dispute them. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!

Removed wasp nests and treated property very quickly! Was fully satisfied.

I was skeptical until I used their service. I use to get so many mosquito bites that it wasn’t worth going outside. I will definitely use them again. If I went outside and was bitten I called them for a respray and they came right back out. They were very professional and personable by respecting social distancing during this pandemic. I highly recommend them.

The tech was very professional, respectful of property and asked if there was anything else that we needed. Also mentioned that we should hesitate to call if something comes up between services.

Initially, I spoke with a Sales Manager who called me repeatedly after asking for a quote on line. After he called so many times, we decided to call him back. I had him on speaker phone and 5 of us were asking questions. We were promised that if we signed up for the service and it did not work, they would come out to re-service as many times as it took to get rid of these mosquitoes. After the initial service deliver, we were asked to wait a week to notice the change and we waited a week and a half. I called today, only to speak to a "Corporate Quality Manager" who advised I could NOT speak with the Sales Manager and that she would be handling my account. She said they would send someone on 9/30; however if this did not work, they would NOT be coming out again until the Mosquito Season started again, which means, that even if the mosquitoes persist after 9/30, we are on our own and out the nearly $100 we paid for the first month of service. When I tried to tell her that we were promised something different, she kept robotically repeating herself over and over again that she would be handling my account, the Sales Manager made false promises, that the service would not be continued until Mosquito season started again, and that there was no one else that could help because there is NO ONE above her, and that she could resend the agreement if I wanted to read it. She said it was fine if we wanted to cancel the service but we would still have the honor the agreement. No matter how many times I tried to complete a sentence, she would talk over me. I am willing to have them come out to try again tomorrow, but I don't see myself keeping this service with that kind of representation. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone that expects great customer service.

From the first to last contact and in between it was done professionally. They also notice a few places where rodents could gain access to the house. They quoted a reasonable price and came out within two days to take care of it. I would definitely use them and have already recommended them to others.

Terry was as good as it gets. He listened to our needs and took care of everything. We felt very comfortable with Edge Pest and would definitely hire again.

Terry was great. Came a total of 3 times to made sure the bugs were gone...AND THEY APPEAR TO BE. Promised my house would be bug free. He is a person of integrity. Would highly recommend him

They are awesome. They are really good. I had a contract with them and I can call them in between their visits and they will come out for no charge.

They were great all across. I have a quarterly contract with them.I found them to be the best pest control company of all those that I have used so far. I would use them again.

We've been using Edge Pest Control for the last three years. It's $120 quarterly and then they come out, with no additional charge, if you have any activity in between the quarterly services that needs to be addressed. Typically they give you an eight hour window. There were lots of bugs when we first moved in and we don't have any now.

I have been using them for like three or four years or longer. They come every three months. They tell you when they leave and if you see anything within two weeks, to call them back so they will come out for free. I never had any problems with them at all. If I see anything, I just call them. As a matter of fact, one of their representatives sent me a hand written card because I called up and told them that their technicians are great. I see a lot of the other name brands coming around and it seems like they are in ten minutes then gone. I never had that problem with Edge. If I were to call them today and tell them that I see a bug, they will come right out.

The work is good. We use them regularly, and we have never had any problem. They are a little bit pricey. They do focus more on the outside, however, their service works.

This company repeatedly ignores the No Soliciting signs at the entrance of our neighborhood and goes door to door. They say they are doing work for a neighbor, but they can never provide a name or they point to a house and give us a fake name (because we know who lives there). I have also never seen an Edge truck in my neighborhood. Ever. At first I was nice and just said that I already have a pest control service that I was happy with. But they are quite insistent. Will absolutely never use this company for the sole reason that they are pushy and intrusive.

The technician completed the entire service. Excellent technician, professional, effective.

They are great. We saw really good results and never had any problems after their treatments. I did some independent research on the product they were using and everything the salesperson told me about it was true.
